ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 11: ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ 1008 ಸುಬುಧೇಂದ್ರತೀರ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದಂಗಳವರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದಂತೆ, ಜಯನಗರದ ಐದನೇ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಂಜನಗೂಡು ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಭಕ್ತರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮಠದ ಹಿರಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಕೆ. ವಾದೀಂದ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಜರುಗಿದ್ದು, ನೆಲಮಂಗಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣೇಶ ನೃತ್ಯಾಲಯ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ನೃತ್ಯ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಭಾರಿಗಳಾದ ವಿದುಷಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭಾವನಾ ಗಣೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ವಾನ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಗಣೇಶ್ ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ಸುಮಾರು 35 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ “ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ ಲೀಲಾ” ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಈ ನೃತ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ಲೀಲೆಗಳು, ರಾಸಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ನಂದನ ಮದುವೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಘಟನಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಕ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಾರೆ ಆನಂದಿಸಿ, ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದು ಮಠದ ಹಿರಿಯರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜಯನಗರದ ಐದನೇ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಂಜನಗೂಡು ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ದಿನ ಗುರುವಾರದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆದು ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರು ರಾಯರ ಬೃಂದಾವನದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಚಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಂದಕಿಶೋರ್ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಶ್ರೀ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿ ಮಂಗಳಾರತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಠದ ಹಿರಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಆರ್. ಕೆ. ವಾದೀಂದ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಎಚ್ ಡಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಶೇಷವಸ್ತ್ರ, ಪರಿಮಳ ಪ್ರಸಾದ, ಫಲಮಂತ್ರಾಕ್ಷತೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದರು,
Bengaluru: The auspicious occasion of Sri Ramanavami was observed with great devotion and traditional fervor at the Nanjanagudu Sri Raghavendra Swamy Math in Jayanagar 5th Block, Bengaluru. The celebrations were conducted under the guidance of Paramapujya Sri Sri 1008 Subudhendra Teertha Sripadangalavaru and led by the Math’s senior administrator, Sri R.K. Vadindra Acharya.
As part of the festivities, a special abhisheka (ritualistic bathing) was performed for the idol of Lord Sri Rama, followed by a grand alankara (decoration) in a golden cradle (Suvarna Thottilu). The day’s events included a pallakki utsava (palanquin procession), gajavahanotsava (elephant vehicle procession), rathotsava (chariot festival), and devotional Sri Hari Bhajans, drawing enthusiastic participation from devotees.
Special pooja rituals were performed in the presence of the Math’s dharmadhikaris, including Sri Krishna Gundacharyaru, along with the team of archakas (priests) and staff members. A large number of devotees attended the celebration and received the divine blessings.
To mark the occasion, all visiting devotees were offered traditional festive refreshments including kosambari (lentil salad), panaka (a jaggery-based cooling drink), and majjige (buttermilk). The atmosphere was filled with spiritual fervor as devotees chanted “Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram” in unison, expressing their devotion and reverence.
The event concluded with the distribution of prasada to all attendees, who left the premises with a sense of spiritual fulfillment and gratitude for the blessings of Lord Sri Ramachandra and Sri Raghavendra Swamiji.
Bengaluru, Apr. 7: In commemoration of the 2624th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Mahavir, the Jain Yuva Sanghatane is set to organize a grand celebration on April 10, themed around Ahimsa and World Peace. The event will be held at Kundalpur, Gandhinagar, near Freedom Park, Bengaluru.
In presence of Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, D.K. Shivakumar, the Ahimsa and World Peace Convention, with several other dignitaries in attendance, including Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao.
Addressing a press conference, Jain Yuva Sanghatane President Mahaveer Munoth stated that this year’s Kalyan Mahotsav would be observed through a series of impactful social and spiritual initiatives aimed at spreading the teachings of Bhagwan Mahavir. He highlighted the far-reaching influence of Jain philosophy on notable leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Lokmanya Tilak, underscoring the global relevance of the principle “Live and Let Live.”
The celebrations will include various humanitarian activities such as a mega blood donation camp with a target of over 500 units, free eye check-ups, diabetes and blood pressure screenings, and food distribution for the underprivileged.
A significant spiritual highlight of the event will be the Maha Mangalik to be conducted by revered Jain gurus at 1:21 PM.
Several prominent leaders and community representatives are expected to grace the occasion, including Rajya Sabha MP Lahar Singh Siroya, Bengaluru Central MP P.C. Mohan, community leader Rakesh Puniya, former Mayor Gautham Kumar Makan, Sri Adinath Jain Temple (Chickpet) President Gautam Solanki, Jain Conference Karnataka President Prakash Chand Bhurad, Terapanth Sabha President Paras Bhansali, and Karnataka Jain Association President Prasannayya.
The press conference was also attended by Jain Yuva Sanghatane Secretary Neeraj Kataria and Media Coordinator Hitesh Kankalia, along with Chandrashekarayya.
