Date:03-11-2018.A resident of Gudibande Taluk, Somenahalli Hobli, Someshwara Village had sought for issue of Pump, Motor & Pipes for new bore well which was sanctioned to his father under Ganga Kalyana Yojane through Chikkaballapur Maharshi Valmiki Development Corporation. Sri.Srinivasa C.V, Taluk Development Officer, Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Development Corporation, Chikkaballapur has demanded a bribe of Rs.10,000/- to issue the same.
On 02-11-2018 the officials of ACB PS Chikkaballapur have trapped and arrested Sri.Srinivasa C.V while accepting bribe amount of Rs.2,000/- from the complainant. The bribe amount has been seized. The case is under investigation.
