Town Official Language Implementation Committee (Banks &Insurance) Bengaluru’s 76th Half Yearly Meeting and Joint Hindi Day Celebration was organized on 15th December 2023 at 04.30 PMat Canara Bank, Head Office Auditorium, Bengaluru. Shri K.Satyanarayana Raju, Managing Director & CEO, Canara Bank andChairman, TOLIC (Banks & Insurance), Bengaluru presided over theprogramme. The meeting was attended by Shri Ashok Chandra,Executive Director, Canara Bank, Smt. Sonali Sen Gupta, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Regional Office, Bengaluru, Shri Mahesh Kumar Mall, Managing Director, Reserve Bank of India Note Printing (P.) Ltd., Mr. Anirban Kumar Biswas, Deputy Director,Regional Implementation Office(South)and Officials/representatives of various Banks and Insurance companies.Rajbhasha Patrika Puraskar 2023 was distributed at the function.Later, prizes were distributed to the winners of the Hindi competition organized under the aegis of TOLIC. In the meeting the 48th issue of TOLIC (Banks & Insurance), Bengaluru magazine Prayas was released and desk top Hindi noting sahayika was released by the Chairman, TOLIC (Banks & Insurance), Bengaluru and the dignitaries present. In the presidential address Shri K Satyanarayana Raju emphasized the maximum use of Hindi in offices. Cultural programs were organized by the member offices and employees participated enthusiastically.
