Since nowadays old age people are neglected & not getting basic facilities, general benefits from the younger generation, in order to help the society, we set up Gokulam Old Age Home with a Vision and Mission on 29.10.2013.
Vision and Mission
Our Vision is committed to make a coordinated effort with compassion and understanding to transform social attitudes towards senior citizens, our Mission is to bring about a change in perception about old age, initiate steps towards senior citizen friendly environment.
Founder
Our Founder is Mrs.Sanitha Udupa a Psychiatric doctor by profession who is keen to take up social responsibilities without any personal benefits.
Our people consists of old aged people both Male and Female who are suffering from Paralysis Strokes,old age diseases, mentally ill people, physically handicapped people etc.
Health Camp
We have organised a Health Camp on 10th March, Sunday which consists of Medical services and Consultation services, medical services include Vitals (BP and Pulse), GRBS (Diabetes Screening), BMI, General screening, Teeth whitening, Tooth filling etc, Consultation Service include General Physician, Cardiology, Neurology, Gynecology and Opthamology
Chief Guest
Our Honourable Chief Guest Sri Krishna Byre Gowda, MLA, Karnataka Legislative Assembly and Sri. Raksha Ramaiah who was a President of Karnataka Youth Congress, now appointed as National General Secretary of Youth Congress, apart from this he is an entrepreneur, educationist, Philanthropist and MP aspirant for Chikkaballapur Constituency, all the above statements were released by Sattvic Gokulam Oldage Home at a press meet at Press club of Bangalote.
