The event will take place at Town Hall, JC Road, Sampangi Rama Nagar, Bengaluru – 560 002, on Friday, 9th August 2024.

Tribute to national forces, The Parachute Regiment, Special Forces – *Patriotic Songs*: A special performance by Singer Hitesh Mehta & Team.
– *Kavi Sammelan*: Featuring renowned poets Vineet Chauhan and Sunil Vyas
The event will commence with a Pre-Sunset Dinner at 4.00 pm onwards, followed by a series of activities dedicated to celebrating the spirit of independence and unity.
This celebration is being organized by Mahavir International Bangalore Center, an affiliated center of the 50-year-old NGO established in Jaipur in 1975. The organization adheres to the principles of “Live and Let Live” and the motto “Love All and Serve All.”. Throughout the year, Mahavir International Bangalore Center engages in various social work activities, including food distribution, tree plantation, sanitary pad and baby kit distribution, health camps, and the construction of toilets in government schools.

The event, Umang-2024, is a tribute to our nation’s heroes, particularly the Army Special Forces (The Parachute Regiment), who will also be present. The celebration aims to honor the past, inspire future generations, and foster a spirit of unity among the community members.
