Seva-in-Action (SIA) is a voluntary organization working in the field of disability from the past. 4 decades (since 1985) with the vision of empowering persoris with disabilities through inclusive education, skills development & livelihood opportunities. The organization provides many platforms for children & adults with disabilities to evolve their capacities and opportunities for their overall development.
Seva-in-Action is organising a Walkathon called ‘Walk for Seva’ on Sunday, 29th December 2024 to celebrate Seva Dina and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and also marks the start of the celebration eve of 40 years of Seva-in-Action working for inclusion of PWDs. The drive is to raise awareness on inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities.
Shri. Tejasvi Surya, Honorable MP of Bengaluru South will walk with children and adults with disabilities all along the route and will address the gathering at the concluding stage function of the Walkathon at RUS quadangular in Koramangala. Bed Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru-560034 and reaches quadrangular of Reddy Janasangha groups of Institutes in Koramangala at 10 am covering a total of 1.6 km. Concluding Stage function at Reddy Janasangha, Koramangala at 10:30 am.
