
Bengaluru, January 29, 2025 – Advika Care Foundation, in collaboration with Prakriya Hospitals, is set to organize the “We Not I: Every Step Tells a Story” Walkathon on February 2, 2025, at Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru. The event aims to promote health, well-being, and community unity through collective action.
The 5K Walkathon, which will begin at 6:30 AM, will be flagged off by Shri Dinesh Gundu Rao, Honorable Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Karnataka. The event is also blessed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the global humanitarian and spiritual leader of the Art of Living.
The walkathon will witness participation from healthcare professionals, community leaders, fitness enthusiasts, and citizens from various backgrounds, all coming together to emphasize the importance of a healthier and stronger society.
The event will be attended by the Trustees of Advika Care Foundation, including Mr. Bala Warrier, Mr. Ln Ch Mohan Vamsi Krishna, and Mr. Santosh Krishna, along with Mrs. Rajashree Warrier. The leadership team from Prakriya Hospitals, including Dr. Srinivas Chirukuri (CEO) and Dr. Somnath Chatterjee (Medical Director), will also be present.
Speaking about the initiative, the organizers emphasized the need for collective action in fostering a healthier community. “Every step taken during this walkathon represents a commitment to health and well-being. This event is not just about individual fitness but about coming together as a society for a greater cause,” they said.
