Preparation, focus, and resilience help overcome challenges, whether on the field or in life.”

Dr. Anju Bobby George, Padma Shri awardee and Vice-President of the Athletics Federation of India, highlighted the crucial role of mentors in an athlete’s life. “A strong support system can make a world of difference.
