Alliance University Hosts Alliance ONE 3.0: A Grand Techno-Cultural Fest Focused on Sustainability & Innovation

Bengaluru, March 26, 2025 – Alliance University successfully hosted the third edition of its national-level inter-university Techno-Cultural and Sports Fest, Alliance ONE 3.0, bringing together over 2,700 participants from 140 institutions across India. The three-day festival, held on the university campus, celebrated innovation, creativity, and sustainability, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The event featured a diverse range of competitions across multiple disciplines, including technology, business, law, arts, and sports, with a total prize pool exceeding INR 20 lakhs. The festival was inaugurated by renowned actor and playback singer Andrea Jeremiah, adding to the excitement.

A Celebration of Innovation & Sustainability

Alliance ONE 3.0 provided a platform for students to showcase their skills in various categories. Some of the major competitions included:

ANVAYA VIKSIT (School of Applied Engineering) – Challenges on smart cities, renewable energy, and robotics.

SRIJAN (School of Design) – A fashion show promoting upcycling and sustainability.

VIDHISAMVESAH (School of Law) – A Youth Parliament and Moot Court competition focusing on national policies.

MANTHAN (School of Liberal Arts & Humanities) – Inter-university debate and quiz competition.

CHATURANGA (School of Business) – Strategic challenges in finance, marketing, HR, and management.

SANSKRITI (School of Performing Arts) – Competitions in dance and music.

SASTRA (School of Advanced Computing) – National-level coding and gaming tournaments.

ATHLOS (Department of Student Support Services) – Sports competitions in football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, and more.


Distinguished professionals from academia, industry, and the arts judged the competitions, offering participants valuable insights.

Speaking at the event, Dr. B. Priestly Shan, Vice-Chancellor of Alliance University, emphasized the university’s dedication to sustainability, stating:

Mr. Rakshith Kumar C and Ms. Divya Bisht, Presidents of the Student Governing Council, reflected on the festival’s success, stating:
