A seasoned banking professional, Shri Majumdar, 56, holds distinguished qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, he has been associated with Canara Bank since January 2000. Over the years, he has served in various capacities across branches and administrative offices, making significant contributions to key functional areas of the bank.
His tenure has been marked by strong leadership, financial expertise, and a commitment to organizational excellence. The appointment underscores Canara Bank’s dedication to strengthening its leadership and governance structures, ensuring sustained growth and operational efficiency.
