OMRON and Tricog Launch KeeboHealth to Tackle India’s Growing Cardiac Burden

AI-Enabled Platform Aims to Deliver Personalized Remote Cardiac Care and Achieve ‘Zero Cardiovascular Events’

Bengaluru, India | July 10, 2025OMRON Healthcare, a global leader in home health monitoring, has expanded its collaboration with Tricog Health, an AI-driven cardiac diagnostics company, to introduce KeeboHealth—an advanced connected health platform designed to transform remote cardiac care in India.

KeeboHealth is a cutting-edge digital ecosystem that leverages artificial intelligence, real-time data analytics, and remote monitoring to enable proactive and personalized cardiac care. Integrated with OMRON’s suite of connected devices—including ECG-enabled blood pressure monitors, weighing scales, and other home health solutions—the platform allows for continuous monitoring and early detection of cardiovascular issues.

Tricog’s AI engine processes data in real-time, identifying early warning signs and alerting healthcare providers to enable timely medical interventions. This system aims to reduce hospital admissions by catching potential cardiac events before they escalate.

Pushing the Boundaries of Preventive Care

The initiative supports OMRON’s global ‘Going for Zero’ vision, which aspires to eliminate heart attacks and strokes through early detection and patient-centric care. By combining Tricog’s AI expertise with OMRON’s established home monitoring technology, KeeboHealth represents a major step toward achieving this goal.

Ayumu Okada, President and CEO of OMRON Healthcare Co. Ltd., said, “For over four decades, we’ve focused on addressing India’s cardiovascular health challenges. KeeboHealth merges our trusted devices—such as the OMRON Complete BP monitor with ECG—with Tricog’s AI to bridge the gap between home and clinical care. It enhances both early diagnosis and clinical efficiency, supporting our mission of ‘Going for Zero’.”

Extending Access to Quality Heart Care

Dr. Charit Bhograj, CEO and Founder of Tricog Health, emphasized the platform’s potential impact: “KeeboHealth is not just a technology—it’s a lifeline for patients, particularly in areas with limited access to specialists. By continuously monitoring patient health and enabling timely interventions, we can shift from reactive to preventive care and reduce the long-term burden of heart failure.”

Global Study Validates Impact

Results from a multinational study involving Duke University, UT Southwestern Medical Center (USA), and Manipal Hospital (India) demonstrated KeeboHealth’s effectiveness. Patients saw a 45% improvement in exercise capacity and cardiac biomarkers, along with a 44% increase in adherence to guideline-based medical therapy. The platform also contributed to a notable decrease in hospital readmissions.

Diplomatic Endorsement for Healthcare Innovation

Hokuta Kaya, Deputy Consul General of Japan in Bengaluru, hailed the partnership as a model of Indo-Japanese cooperation: “This collaboration brings together Japan’s technological expertise and India’s innovation to create meaningful healthcare solutions. KeeboHealth is a game-changer for remote cardiac care and a symbol of what our nations can achieve together.”

Towards a Scalable, National Solution

OMRON and Tricog plan a nationwide rollout of KeeboHealth in 2025, aiming to make AI-powered, preventive heart care accessible to millions. The platform reflects a shift toward scalable, technology-driven models in Indian healthcare, supporting both clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Together, the two organizations are moving closer to a future where cardiovascular conditions can be detected early, managed effectively, and—ultimately—prevented.
