Bengaluru: Noice, a premium food brand focused on reviving traditional recipes with small-batch production and quality ingredients, has announced the launch of more than 200 artisanal products across 13 categories. The company has collaborated with over 40 local foodmakers from different parts of India to create the range.
The portfolio spans freshly baked breads, cookies, cakes, dairy products, fresh batters, juices, sodas, and traditional snacks. Among its popular items are fresh malai paneer, butter cookies, coconut water, spicy potato and banana chips, and kaju katli. All products are made without palm oil or artificial colours and are largely free from preservatives.
Other fast-moving items include crustless sliced bread, chocolate ganache cookies, caramelised brioche, fresh lime soda, Punjabi lassi, rasgullas, and French chocolate rochers. The bakery section offers artisanal breads such as sourdough, shokupan, and croissants, along with a variety of biscuits and tea cakes.
According to the company, the focus is on freshness and authenticity, with all products prepared in small batches. Its paneer, for example, is set in muslin cloth for a homestyle taste and texture. Notably, Noice is the only brand on quick-commerce platforms to provide preservative-free sweets, which the company expects to become a popular option during festivals.
Royan Mody of Noice said the brand aims to address the gap in the packaged food market. “Fresh, authentic and premium snacking choices remain limited. Our effort is to revive forgotten Indian favourites while also catering to modern tastes, working with local entrepreneurs who share the same belief in authenticity and quality,” he said.
Noice is also reintroducing several regional snacks that had nearly disappeared from shelves, including Nipattu, Achappam, Nannari soda, Karam Gavvalu, Gujarati Gathiya, and Jeera Masala Soda. Regional entrepreneurs from places such as Calicut, Mangalore, Sonipat, Karur and Proddatur are contributing to the range, preparing snacks with traditional recipes and methods.
The chocolates, cakes and cookies line has been developed in partnership with export-grade facilities that supply to European and US markets, ensuring international production standards. Provenance-based offerings such as Lonavala chikki, Himalayan honey and Mexican tortilla chips are also part of the collection.
Noice’s products are now available through Instamart in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.
