Tech-enabled workspace provider IndiQube Spaces Limited has reported strong results for the second quarter and first half of FY26, driven by robust revenue growth, improved margins, and steady cashflows.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, IndiQube posted a revenue of ₹354 Crores, up 38% year-on-year, and a profit after tax of ₹28 Crores. The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 21% for Q2, reflecting efficient operations and growing profitability.
In the first half of FY26, IndiQube recorded its highest-ever half-yearly revenue of ₹668 Crores, with 96% recurring income. Operating cashflows surged 138% YoY to ₹151 Crores, underscoring a strong and resilient business model.
Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, said, “Our performance demonstrates the strength of our recurring business model and disciplined growth. With healthy margins and strong cashflows, we are confident of closing FY26 on a high note.”
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, added, “This quarter we signed major deals, including a 1.4-lakh sq. ft. workspace lease in Bengaluru with the world’s largest asset manager and a 68,000 sq. ft. project in Hyderabad. We closed H1 with 87% occupancy across 125 properties in 16 cities.”
The company’s Area Under Management rose to 9.14 million sq. ft., while CRISIL reaffirmed its ‘A+ (Stable)’ rating, reflecting solid fundamentals and financial stability.
