
India — November 20, 2025: Dish TV, one of India’s largest content distribution companies, has announced a new partnership with Amazon Prime to extend Prime Lite benefits across all its platforms. The collaboration aims to enhance convenience and offer greater value by giving customers easier access to premium entertainment and exclusive shopping perks.
Under this association, Prime Lite will be available to eligible users across Dish TV’s DTH services, its Watcho streaming app, the newly launched VZY Smart TVs, and broadband connections offered through its ISP partners. Customers will be able to stream Prime Video’s extensive library of award-winning Originals, blockbuster films, and popular shows in HD on the device of their choice. Prime Lite users will also receive free unlimited Same-Day or Next-Day delivery on eligible purchases and early access to Amazon’s major sales, including Prime Day.
The partnership is another key step in Dish TV’s broader strategy to integrate technology, content, and convenience across its entertainment ecosystem. Along with its flagship DTH brands Dish TV and D2H, the Watcho OTT super-app, and the creator-led FLIQS platform, the company’s expansion into smart TVs has strengthened its position in India’s connected entertainment market. The addition of Prime Lite further enhances this ecosystem, reaffirming Dish TV’s commitment to delivering richer and more seamless viewing experiences.
