India’s Pioneering Longevity Lab Arrives in Bengaluru as Aarthi Scans Expands Footprint

Aarthi Scans Launches Its ‘Vital Insights’ Longevity Lab in Bengaluru, Signalling Major Nationwide Expansion

Bengaluru, 25 November 2025: Aarthi Scans and Labs, the country’s largest integrated diagnostics network, has expanded its India-first longevity and performance assessment centre, Vital Insights, to Bengaluru with the inauguration of its new facility at Jayanagar.

The lab was formally launched by Basu Shanker, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Founder of Primal Patterns, in the presence of Dr Aarthi Prasannaa, Chief Radiologist & Director, Dr Prasannaa Vignesh, Radiologist & Director, and Dr Arunkumar Govindarajan, Radiologist & Director.

Vital Insights is designed to help individuals move beyond standard health check-ups by examining the body through three essential dimensions — structural, chemical and functional. The centre is equipped with full-body MRI, DEXA scans, VO₂ Max testing, extensive blood biomarker analysis, and strength, mobility and balance evaluations. Together, these assessments offer a comprehensive view of how the body performs and adapts. Each person receives personalised recommendations across fitness, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle, aimed at proactively improving long-term health and performance.

During the launch, the centre also introduced its flagship programme, VITAL APEX, which integrates full-body MRI, advanced blood markers and functional performance testing to deliver deep insights into an individual’s health status. The programme supports continuous progress through structured, data-driven reviews and long-term monitoring.

Speaking at the event, Basu Shanker said:
“Performance begins with clarity. Vital Insights and the APEX programme bring essential data to the forefront, enabling athletes and fitness enthusiasts to truly understand what their bodies need. This approach helps them train intelligently, recover efficiently and perform at their peak for longer. By combining scientific assessment with personal data, Aarthi Scans makes high-precision performance insights accessible to everyone — not just professionals.”

Dr Prasannaa Vignesh emphasised the organisation’s shift toward preventive and performance-led healthcare:
“Aarthi Scans has always focused on making diagnostics accessible. With Vital Insights, we take the next step — moving from diagnosing diseases to unlocking human potential. This is precision-led, proactive healthcare. By bringing advanced diagnostics together with personalised health pathways, we empower individuals to enhance their wellbeing, prevent illnesses and extend longevity. It is a strategic step forward that places long-term quality of life at the centre of healthcare.”

With the inauguration of its Bengaluru centre, Vital Insights continues its mission to democratise data-driven performance and longevity solutions, helping people lead their lives with clarity, confidence and control.
