Strong Protest Statement
By the Founder President and Executive Committee
First Circle Society

First Circle Society strongly and unequivocally protests the blatant misuse of its name, identity, goodwill, and community trust by a group of individuals acting in complete violation of law, ethics, and official orders. This statement is issued by Sri Nandeesh S.R., Founder President, along with the duly elected Executive Committee, to place on record the Society’s serious objections and to warn the public against a deliberate and dangerous attempt to deceive the community.
First Circle Society has, since its inception, worked transparently and tirelessly for genuine community development. Today, that very credibility is under attack due to an organised conspiracy by former associates and external elements who have chosen personal gain over public interest. These individuals are attempting to hijack the Society’s reputation, mislead members, and commercially exploit the trust built over years of sincere service.
Despite lawfully securing renewal approval on November 12, 2025, the Society’s operations were temporarily halted following complaints filed by the same individuals who are now illegally running an unauthorized entity under the misleading name “First Circle Society Trust.” An official inquiry is scheduled for January 12, 2026, and in complete respect of the Deputy Registrar’s order, First Circle Society has suspended all activities. However, these very complainants are openly violating the order by conducting events, collecting memberships, and soliciting sponsorships, thereby making a mockery of regulatory authority.
The Society protests this double standard in the strongest possible terms. It is shocking and unacceptable that individuals who questioned the Society’s functioning are now unlawfully raising crores of rupees by falsely claiming continuity, authority, and legitimacy. Such acts amount to public deception, financial impropriety, and gross misuse of a respected community platform.
First Circle Society categorically declares that it has no connection whatsoever with the unauthorized “First Circle Society Trust” or any allied entities. Any claim to the contrary is false, misleading, and deliberately intended to cheat the public.
The Society urges members, sponsors, vendors, and the wider public to remain vigilant and not fall prey to this deception. First Circle Society will not remain silent in the face of such injustice and is actively pursuing all legal and administrative remedies.
This protest is not merely to protect an institution, but to defend transparency, accountability, and the sanctity of community-driven initiatives. First Circle Society stands firm, united, and resolute in safeguarding its founding vision and the trust of the people.
