Tech, Talent and Tomorrow: Chaman Bhartiya School Hosts Tinkerfest 3.0

Over 300 Young Innovators Converge at Chaman Bhartiya School for Tinkerfest 3.0

Bengaluru, 9 January 2026:
Chaman Bhartiya School, set within Bhartiya City—one of India’s largest integrated township developments—hosted the third edition of its flagship inter-school technology competition, Tinkerfest 3.0, reaffirming its commitment to experiential and innovation-driven education. The event brought together over 300 student innovators from 22 leading schools across the country, turning the campus into a vibrant hub of ideas, creativity and collaboration.
Designed as a celebration of young problem-solvers and future leaders, Tinkerfest 3.0 featured a range of hands-on challenges including robotics, hackathons, LEGO-based engineering tasks and drone competitions. These formats encouraged students to apply classroom learning to real-world scenarios while fostering teamwork, critical thinking and leadership skills.

A major highlight was the Shark Tank–style pitch competition, where students presented original ideas and working prototypes while competing for a total investment pool of ₹5 lakh. The pitches were evaluated by a distinguished six-member jury comprising industry leaders from research, retail, space technology, media, fintech and creative industries. Beyond evaluation, the jury offered practical insights, mentorship and industry perspectives, making the experience both competitive and deeply enriching.

The event also witnessed the participation of eminent chief guests and international education delegates, including representatives from Lobachevsky First University Lyceum, Russia, and a senior engineering leader from Apple, lending a strong global and academic dimension to the fest.

Speaking on the occasion, Geeta Jayanth, Head of School, said Tinkerfest reflects the school’s belief in learner ownership, critical thinking and purposeful action. Parushni Agarwal Gupta, Vice Chair, added that the festival mirrors the institution’s focus on nurturing responsible, innovative leaders.

Now in its third year, Tinkerfest continues to grow as a collaborative platform connecting students, educators and industry, while redefining how schools can lead the future of learning through innovation and real-world application.
