Aakash students shine in JEE Main; Adarsh Kumar Behera scores 99.99 percentile

Bengaluru, February 17, 2026: Students of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) in Bengaluru have delivered an impressive performance in JEE Main 2026 (Session 1), reaffirming the city’s strong academic standing in national-level competitive exams.
According to results announced on February 16 by the National Testing Agency (NTA), several students from Aakash centres across Bengaluru secured top percentiles.
Adarsh Kumar Behera from the Indiranagar branch emerged as the highest scorer among the city’s Aakash students, securing an outstanding 99.9924416 percentile — one of the top scores in the region.
Other high scorers include Ayushs Kolekar (99.98), Pranil Singi (99.9679961), Adarsh Das (99.8937351), Gokul Harikrishnan (99.8824), Naman Agarwal (99.8501128), TRS Sanjeet (99.8206943), Gudal Satya Yashasw (99.7291315), Johaan Job (99.6938658), Vyom Gupta (99.667), Shivansh Pant (99.6410596), Aditya (99.6189341), Sai Nitin S Kolekar (99.4840725), Darshan Harish (99.4566), Kaushal Gundu (99.4472622), Aditya Sharma (99.4147615) and Advaith Raveendran (99.359).

Congratulating the achievers, Dheeraj Kumar Misra, Chief Academic and Business Head, AESL, said the results reflect the students’ dedication and the institute’s structured academic approach. “Their discipline, focused preparation and consistent mentoring have translated into exceptional outcomes. We are proud of their achievements and wish them continued success,” he said.
Students attributed their performance to regular mock tests, continuous assessments and personalised guidance, which helped them identify gaps early and steadily improve their scores.
JEE Main is conducted twice a year, offering candidates an opportunity to better their scores. The examination serves as a gateway to NITs, IIITs and other centrally funded institutions, besides qualifying students for JEE Advanced — the entrance test for the prestigious IITs.
