Haworth India Hosts ‘Give to Gain’ Women’s Leadership Roundtable in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, March 27, 2026: Haworth India convened a thoughtfully curated women’s leadership roundtable in Bengaluru under the theme “Give to Gain,” bringing together prominent voices from architecture, design, corporate real estate and project management.
Held at the company’s Indiranagar experiential centre, the session featured a moderated panel discussion followed by an interactive exchange with participants. Senior women leaders from architecture and design (A&D) firms, corporates and PMCs deliberated on the growing business impact of women’s leadership and the role of inclusive workplace strategies.
The conversation centred on how intentional workplace design, mentorship and collaborative ecosystems can empower women professionals to succeed across different stages of their careers. Panelists emphasised that inclusion is no longer merely a social commitment but a critical lever for organisational performance and growth.
Manish Khandelwal, Managing Director of Haworth India, underlined the significance of such initiatives, noting that leadership driven by purpose can accelerate progress. He highlighted the need for meaningful conversations around mentorship, collaboration and structured return-to-work pathways to create environments where women can contribute effectively and sustainably.

The panel featured leaders including Varsha Kempaiah (RC Architecture), Devanshi Patel (Corporate Real Estate), Reema Bhandari (M Moser), Azati Vagsik (Gensler), and Aruna R (Space Matrix). Nuthan Prabhu of M Moser also addressed the gathering, sharing insights on resilience.
The discussion unfolded across key themes, beginning with personal journeys and defining career moments that shaped leadership perspectives. It then moved to strategies for success in the workplace, highlighting the importance of strong networks, mentorship and institutional support systems.
A significant portion of the dialogue focused on building workplaces that enable women to thrive-through inclusive policies, supportive leadership cultures and flexible, human-centric design approaches that foster innovation and trust.
In the concluding segment, panelists outlined actionable steps for organisations, including inclusive decision-making practices, balanced policy frameworks and leadership behaviours that deliver measurable outcomes.
Speaking during the session, Reema Bhandari observed that workplaces today go beyond physical infrastructure, serving as strategic drivers of culture, performance and growth. She stressed the need for adaptable, people-centric environments aligned with evolving business needs.
The Bengaluru edition is part of Haworth India’s broader “Give to Gain” roundtable series conducted across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai, aimed at fostering cross-sector dialogue on inclusive leadership and workplace transformation.
The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to positioning inclusive workplace design as a catalyst for productivity, innovation and long-term organisational success.
