And Myshah Care decided to celebrate the strength of the cancer survivors this festive season in Jain University by organizing a ramp walk for Cancer Awareness with the survivors along with Mrs. Asia International and Mrs India 2018 Kajol Bhatia who is an inspiration by herself.
This event was ably supported by DR Ashu shah, eminent Entrepreneur & philanthropist where she requested Mrs Kajol to Launch the portable Mamography Machine, using which her Preventive oncology team will.be able to carrying out Free cancer screening camps in Rural and urban area more easily. Bengaluru, December 21, 2019: The Grand Finale of the 11th edition of VIBGYOR Viva started on 20 December 2019 with stunning performances by students at VIBGYOR High – Marathahalli. The Knockout Round, a prelude to the Grand Finale, was held at VIBGYOR High – HSR Layout Open Ground on 20 December 2019. The two-day extravaganza is a celebration of music, dance and talent. “Viva is a reflection of VIBGYOR Group of Schools’ pursuit of excellence in holistic education and its endeavour to provide various platforms for students to showcase their talent and skills. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು :
1 ) ಈಗಿರುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶೇಕಡ 15 ರಿಂದ 20 ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಸುವುದು . 2 ) ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಲಯದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳಿಗೂ ಇದೇ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು .
3 ) ಸುಳ್ಳು ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು .
ಮಾನ್ಯ ಘನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ KTPP ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ SC & ST ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ರೂ . 50 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಶೇ . 24 . 10 % ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಚ್ಛನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ರಿಟ್ ಪಿಟಿಷನ್ ( ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : WP 53036 / 2017 ) ನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 20 – 12 – 2019ರಂದು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ . ವೀರಪ್ಪ ರವರು ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು . – ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರ ಆಶಯದಂತೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಘನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಸ್ಪಶ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೋಷಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಬದುಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲರಾಗಲು ಹಾಗೂ SC & ST ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಅಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ರವರು ಘನತವತ್ತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ . ಎಸ್ . ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ರವರು ಸಹ ಈ ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿದ ಕಾಳಜಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘವು ಪ್ರಂಶಂಸಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಾ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ .
ಈ ಕೇಸ್ ಸಂವಿಧಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಕೇಸ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೇಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘವು ಇಂಟರ್ವಿನರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದವು . ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಖ್ಯಾತ ವಕೀಲರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಡ್ವಕೇಟ್ ಜನರಲ್ ರವರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರೊ . ರವಿವರ್ಮಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರು , ಖ್ಯಾತ ವಕೀಲರಾದ ಗೌತಮ್ದೇವ್ ಸಿ . ಉಲ್ಲಾಳ ರವರು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ . ವಿ . ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅಡ್ವಕೇಟ್ ಜನರಲ್ ರವರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್ . ನಟರಾಜ್ ರವರುಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗಂಭೀರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಈ ರಿಟ್ ಪಿಟಿಷನ್ನನ್ನು ( ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : WP 53036 / 2017 ) ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮುಖೇನ ಅಸ್ಪಶ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೋಷಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘವು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಾ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ .
