Swachh Bharat Initiative on 2nd October2019 Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat

“Anarghyaa Foundation, are conducting various awareness drives, workshops and events on Swachh Bharat Mission across Bengaluru”

On 2nd October 2019 we had organised Swachh Bharat Walkathon. The event was flagged by Shri S.R.Viswanathji, Honourable MLA Yelahanka Constituency and Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, along with Honourable Tasildhar Shri. Raghumurthy and Assistant Director Taluk Panchayat Shri.Madhu. The event was sponsored by FreshToHome and was supported by Seshadripuram First Grade College, BMS Institute of Technology, and Presidency University. Large number of volunteers had participated to promote “Garbage segregation at source”, “Use biodegradable products”, “Avoid Single use plastics”, “Focus on Reduce, Reuse and Recycle waste”

Around 500+ participants campaigned during the event and distributed few thousand cloth bags to residents and shops to promote and encourage the use of cotton / jute bags instead of plastic bags. Mr.Prakash Subramanian Founder Trustee of Anarghyaa Foundation said: “Swachh Bharat Abhiyana to fulfil Mahatma Gandhiji’s dream of Clean and Hygienic India; has served as a great initiative in making people aware of the importance of cleanliness. The Students are the main catalysts for the drive and has brought in lots of change amongst people. There is still lot more to be done in waste management. Now the focus being usage of plastic and especially Single-use plastic is a serious climate change hazard. We have to work towards reducing the use of Single-use plastic and switch to biodegradable products”.

Mr.Santosh kumar, Head of Marketing, Fresh to home said “we control end to end of the product supply chain, including most of sourcing and hence we can confidently state that there are no chemicals added in our products. We have temperature sensors installed right from the source till delivery at customers places enabling us to maintain 0-4 degrees hence makes the products the freshest available in the market.and we don’t expose fish and meat to the polluted environment, instead we vacuum pack it ensuring less microbial action and the safest produce.

ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ತರಗತಿ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ

ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ತರಗತಿ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ನಡೆಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ . ಸೂಚಿತ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 412 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪದವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 15 – 20 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಗೌರವಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ 11000 / – ಮತ್ತು 13000 / – ದಿಂದ ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ . ನಮ್ಮನ್ನಾಳುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 35000 / – ವೇತನ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ , ಕಳೆದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 5000 ರೂ ಗೌರವಧನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ , ಈಗಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ಗೌರವಧನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾದ ಸೇವಾಭದ್ರತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ತಳೆದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವಾದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪದವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 11 / 10 / 2019 ರ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಿಂದ ಅನಿಷ್ಟಾವದಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ಮಾಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಮುಷ್ಕರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು

1 ) ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದ 5000 / – ರೂಗಳ ಗೌರವಧನವನ್ನು ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ,

2 ) ಯು . ಜಿ . ಸಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಗೆ 1500 / – ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಸಿಕ 50 , 000 / – ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಧನವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ,

3 ) ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸಭೆ ಕರೆಯುವುದು .

4 ) ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿ ವರ್ಷದ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ತಿಂಗಳೂ ಗೌರವಧನ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು ,

ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೋಟರಿಯ ನೂರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದ ನೆನಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ‘ ರೋಟರಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ 2020 ‘ ಎಂಬ ಒಂದು ಕಣ್ಣು – ಆರೈಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೋಟರಿಯ ನೂರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲು 21 ಡಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ 3190 , ರೋಟರಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ 2020 ಎಂಬ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ಮುಂದಾಳತ್ವವನ್ನು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಿಸಿದೆ .

ಈ ಮುಂದಾಳತ್ವವು RI ಡಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ 3190ಯ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ 7 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಂಧ್ರದ ಚಿತ್ತೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆ / ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ 1 , 00 , 000 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು 100 ಆಯ್ದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣು – ಆರೈಕೆ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ .

ರೋಟರಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ 2020ರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ – ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಧತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವುದು . ಎಸ್ಸಿಲಾರ್ ವಿಷನ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರ , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇವರು ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

Rtn , ಡಾ | | ಸಮೀರ್ ಹರಿಯಾನಿ , ಡಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಗವರ್ನರ್ ಹಾಗೂ R . ಡಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ 3190ಯ 125 ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಗಳು ‘ ಒಂದು ಮಗು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಲು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ತುಂಬ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುತ್ತದೆ . , ಈ ಮುಂದಾಳತ್ವದಿಂದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ಸಹಾಯ ಒದಗುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ , ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ಸಹ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಸಿರುಸೇನೆಯು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಹೊಡೆತಕ್ಕೆ ಮನೆ ಮಠ , ಬೆಳೆದ ಬೆಳೆ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾಗಿ ಬೀದಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಗಂಜಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ತೆರೆದರು . ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಾಗರೀಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಲಾದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಂಜಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ನಡೆದವು . ಈಗ ಎಷ್ಟು ಗಂಜಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ . ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬಂದು ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಂಧುಗಳ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು . ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯಾದರೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ನೊಂದ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರನ್ನು ಗಂಜಿಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಗಂಜಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಬದುಕು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಜನರು ಹೊಸ ಜೀವನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಚಡಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಗಾಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರೆ ಎಳೆದಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಹ ಅವರ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬಾರದೆ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಬೀದಿಗೆ ತಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಬೆಳೆ ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ . ಬೆಳೆ ನಷ್ಟ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಾಕು ಹೇಗಾದರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ರೈತರು ಜಾತಕ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಂತೆ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಆದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತೂ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸದೆ ತಮಗೆ ತೋಚಿದಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ನೋವು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . * ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದ ತತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಸಾವು – ನೋವು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ರವರು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡದೆ ಕೇವಲ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಚಂದ್ರಯಾನ ಉಡಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು . ಆಗಲೂ ಸಹ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೀಡಾಗಿರುವವರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತೂ ಮಾತನಾಡದೇ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ರೈತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ . ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರುವ ಮುನ್ನ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಭರವಸೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಸಹ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿಸಿವೆ . ಇದರಿಂದ ಇವರು ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ . ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ ಬರಗಾಲದ ಪರಿಹಾರವು ಈಗಿನವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ನಯಾ ಪೈಸೆಯು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 2018ರ ಬರಗಾಲದ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಿ 1059 ಕೋಟಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗಿನವರೆಗೂ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಇದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ ಆಳುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ರೈತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .

ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು . ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ಥರ ವಿರೋಧ ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ನಡೆಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿರುವುದು ದುರಂತವೇ ಸರಿ . ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉದಾಸೀನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಧೋರಣೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 10 – 10 – 2019ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿವೀರ ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ರೈತರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

Shri Sanjay Sahay IPS- ADGP Police Computer Wing Karnataka Police launches HKCS Foundation

Bengaluru, 03 October 2019: HKIT Security Solutions launched its Foundation today with a mission to provide free education & create employment to 1000 students by 2020 & with a vision to create cyber security awareness for 1 million by the year 2025. The foundation was launched by Shri Sanjay Sahay, IPS ADGP who is presently Heading Karnataka State Police Computer Wing.The foundation is powered by Cyber Security Researchers and Technology Veterans. Its major mission is to support the Digital India Movement.

Cyber security is one of today’s most in-demand fields growing three times faster than many other IT jobs. Every other business around the world is seeking trained professionals who can help protect their organisation data from risks of cyber-attack. But there is a significant shortage of qualified candidates to fill these roles and this is expected to reach 1.8 million open jobs by 2022.

Several aspirant students are deprived of their education as they come from economically challenged backgrounds. Lack of awareness on cyber security, institutions with high fees & the assumption that only top technical individuals can do it, discourages student to take up these courses. To motivate such student, bridge the gap and to create hope in their lives that education is everyone’s right, HKCS Foundation a Centre for Cyber Excellence was founded in 2019. HKCS Foundation in collaboration with the Govt of Karnataka has taken up the initiative to create opportunities to such students by introducingindustrial level cyber security education, training, certification and placement in reputed firms.

Chief Guest Sanjay Sahay,IPS said: “There is lack of cyber security awareness in our country and it is sad to state that we lack experts too in this field. 5 out of 10 are not aware about cyber security. Recent attacks have proved that data has not been safely stored due to week encryption. We need to create more opportunities for cyber security experts to handle merging cyber criminals. I am willing to mentor and guide and share my knowledge to anyone who are willing to learn for creating a better society. I congratulate the initiative of HKCS Foundation and extend my support in all their programs. Wishing them all the best”.

Dr. Harsha E Thennarasu Founder of HKCS Foundation & HKIT Security Solutions said: “All through my career I have been thinking of giving back to the society. The right opportunity has now come to me. My expertise is in the field of cyber security. I would like to provide free education to the economically challenged students who are deprived of education due to lack of awareness and high fees. In the next 1 year I shall provide free education to student’s, batch wise in all Government colleges in Bangalore and place them with our clients or HKIT itself will provide them job opportunities in their projects. Our program will be very transparent and anyone who wishes to be a part of our program are more than welcome”.
