Force Motors Joins Hands with Zoho to Digitally Transform Dealer Network

Force Motors, India’s largest manufacturer of vans, has entered into a strategic partnership with Zoho Corporation to overhaul its customer and dealer management systems as part of its digital transformation initiative, Project DigiForce.

Under this collaboration, Force Motors will implement Zoho’s cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platform across its network of over 200 dealerships, 70 authorized service centres, and 30 parts hubs in India, as well as international distributors in more than 25 countries.

The new system will replace the company’s legacy software, integrating 12 AI-driven front-office applications aimed at streamlining operations in marketing, sales, customer service, and internal communications. The objective is to create a unified digital ecosystem that enhances customer experience and boosts operational efficiency throughout the sales and service journey.

Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors, said the initiative is a major leap toward delivering superior customer experiences and empowering dealer partners with advanced tools. “Our partnership with Zoho aligns with our commitment to innovation and technological advancement in India,” he said.

Zoho CEO Mani Vembu said the partnership reflects a shared vision to transform how automotive brands engage with customers. “Force Motors is bringing its legacy of engineering excellence into the digital era with a strong focus on intelligent, connected customer engagement,” he added.

The move signals Force Motors’ ambition to set new benchmarks in digital adoption within the Indian automotive sector, with technology playing a central role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Karnataka Government to Build 250-Foot Ambedkar Statue in Bengaluru: Bhim Sene Celebrates Statewide

Bengaluru, June 24, 2025:
In a landmark move, the Karnataka government has approved the construction of a 250-foot tall statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution, in the capital city of Bengaluru. The decision comes after sustained efforts and advocacy by the Karnataka Bhim Sene (R) Organization, which led a coordinated campaign across the state for over a year.

To mark the government’s decision, Bhim Sene (R) organized simultaneous press conferences across Karnataka on Tuesday, distributing sweets to the public and congratulating the administration.

The organization had earlier submitted formal memorandums to Deputy Commissioners in all 80 districts on January 27, 2024, urging the government to emulate similar statues erected in Telangana (125 feet) and Andhra Pradesh (206 feet). Their efforts gained further traction during the Winter Session in Belagavi when hundreds joined the “Belagavi Chalo” movement in support of the demand.

In addition to outreach at the district level, the organization also appealed to top political leaders and institutions, including Governor Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy CM D. K. Shivakumar, Social Welfare Minister Dr. H. C. Mahadevappa, and various MLAs and MLCs. A joint appeal was also made by pro-Dalit organizations.

The issue gained prominence after a large gathering of over 500 Dalit leaders at the Vidhana Soudha during the 2025–26 Budget Session on February 18, followed by a massive protest at Freedom Park on March 6. A statewide media briefing on February 13 further amplified public awareness.

Responding to the collective voice, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah officially announced the project on April 14, during the 134th birth anniversary celebrations of Dr. Ambedkar. The project received cabinet approval on June 19, with the statue slated to be erected on the Jnanabharati University campus in Bengaluru. A preliminary blueprint and location details have been finalized.

Bhim Sene (R) leaders have hailed the move as a victory for the community and all progressive forces. “The government has demonstrated that it listens and acts. This is a proud moment for the people of Karnataka and a lasting tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar,” on brhalf of the organization state president Shankar Ramalingiah said at a press conference held at the Bangalore Press Club.

Bengaluru, June 24, 2025 – Bengaluru is set to host the vibrant Bandidevara Utsava from June 25 to 27, a three-day cultural and religious celebration that honors the traditions of South Karnataka’s agrarian communities. Coinciding with the birth anniversary of Bengaluru’s founder, Nadaprabhu Kempegowda, the event aims to bring together people from across the state to celebrate shared history, spiritual devotion, and Karnataka’s agricultural legacy.

Festival with Historical Significance

The Bandidevara Utsava traces its origins to the ancestral customs of Kempegowda’s forebears, especially Ranabhairagowda, who migrated from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka centuries ago. Fleeing adversity, they revered divine protectors known as Bandis, believed to have safeguarded their journey. Today, the festival pays homage to those traditions, drawing participation from farming families who gather to celebrate their heritage and spirituality.

Ceremonial Start on June 25

The festivities will commence on June 25 at 9:00 AM with a special prayer service at Basavanagudi, followed by a traditional procession to the Vokkaliga Sangha premises in Chamrajpet. Women will conduct age-old rituals such as Kumkurn and Akshata, drawing water in ceremonial pots and preparing traditional sweets. The day will also feature storytelling sessions, religious discourses, and cultural activities including games and folk performances.

Cultural Parade Through Bengaluru on June 26

A key highlight of the festival will be the grand Bandis procession on the evening of June 26, featuring twelve ornately decorated sacred carts. The procession will begin at 7:00 PM from the BBMP premises, passing through Hudson Circle, Cubbon Park, and the High Court, and will conclude at the Kempegowda statue in front of Vidhana Soudha by 8:00 PM.

The event will include traditional dance troupes, rural folk performances, and religious music. A ceremonial arati will be performed at the statue, followed by distribution of prasada (blessed sweets). Several prominent dignitaries are expected to attend, including spiritual leaders, the Governor, Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, and senior political representatives.

Final Day Marks Unity and Kempegowda Jayanti – June 27

The concluding day, June 27, will coincide with Kempegowda Jayanti and focus on the themes of unity and brotherhood. Farming families across the state will cook and share meals with neighbors, symbolizing communal harmony and gratitude. The celebration aims to reinforce Karnataka’s values of peace, solidarity, and cultural pride.
