ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಶಾಸಕರು ‘ಹನಿ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಪ್’ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಜನಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಟಿ ಟುಡೇ ನ್ಯೂಸ್‌ನ ಸಂಪಾದಕ GS ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ಈ ವಿಚಾರದ ಕುರಿತು ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣ ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಜನಪರ ವಿಚಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ, ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ, ರೈತ ಸಂಕಟ ಮುಂತಾದ ತುರ್ತು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಉಲ್ಬಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ, ಶಾಸಕರು ವಿವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಡಗಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. GS ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ, “ಜನಪರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬದಲು ಅನಗತ್ಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹಗರಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಂಟೆಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ನೈತಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ನೀಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕೇ ಹೊರತು, ಜನರನ್ನು ನಿರಾಶೆಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಾಟಕವಲ್ಲ.” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ, ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯು ಜನಪರ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು, ಗಾಸಿಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಾದಗಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಬಾರದು” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
