ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ 2017ರಿಂದ 9000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಎಲ್.ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ವಿತರಕರನ್ನು ಆಯಿಲ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು (OMCs) ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ಹಳೆಯ ಬಲಾಡ್ಯ ವಿತರಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ವಿತರಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ತೀವ್ರ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೊಸ ವಿತರಕರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ, ಹಳೆಯ ವಿತರಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಎಲ್.ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ವಿತರಕರ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಿದೆ.

ಹೋರಾಟದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

15 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಮೀರಿದ ವಿತರಣೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು: ಹಳೆಯ ನಗರ ವಿತರಕರು, ನಿಯಮ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ, 50-70 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿತರಕರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಹಳೆಯ ವಿತರಕರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಿವಾರಣೆ: ಉಜ್ವಲ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿತರಕರು ಮಿತಿಮೀರಿದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ದಂಡದ ರದ್ದು: ಹೊಸ ವಿತರಕರಿಗೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪುಟ್ಟ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಅಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

OMCs ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ: ಹಳೆಯ ವಿತರಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಮಾಫಿಯಾ ಸಂಚು ತೆರವು: ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಾಫಿಯಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅನುಮಾನ ಮೂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.


ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಎಲ್.ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿತರಕರ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 25, 2025ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿತರಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಸವರಾಜ.ಕೆ., ಗೌರವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಎಲ್.ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿತರಕರ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ/ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ವಂಚಿತ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಹಳೆಯ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2025: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 13,500 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಹಳೆಯ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹವಾದುದು. ಆದರೆ, 2006ರ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 1ರ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡು ನಂತರ ಅನುದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ನೌಕರರು ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ನೌಕರರಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಹಳೆಯ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿವೆ.

ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ/ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ನೌಕರರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಂತೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ, ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಅವರ ಸೇವೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ವಯೋನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಕೆಲವರು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವರು ಈಗಲೂ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 4,000 ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ವಂಚಿತ ನೌಕರರು ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದಂತೆ ಇವರಿಗೂ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂ.ಪಿ. ಕರಬಸಪ್ಪ (ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು), ಡಾ. ಜಿ.ಆರ್. ಹೆಬ್ಬೂರ (ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು), ಡಾ. ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ಕೊಕಟನೂರ (ವೇದಿಕೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು), ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠಯ್ಯ (ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು), ದಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ (ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು) ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಜಿ.ಪಿ. ನಾಗರಾಜ್ (ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ) ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ನಿಲುವು ತೆಗೆದು ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ವಂಚಿತ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಹಳೆಯ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
