ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ ಒಂದು ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖಗಳು ಹಿಂಗಾಗಿ ದೇಶ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಾಗೇ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಡವರು ಬಡವರಾಗೇ ಉಳಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಬಂದು 75 ವರ್ಷ ಕಳೆದರೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲೋಪಗಳಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅಡ್ಜೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ರಾಜಕೀಯದಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.

ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಅಂಕಾಲಮಡಗು ಶಿವರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಆದೆ ನಾನು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ಲೋಕ ಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಿಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ರೈತ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವನು, ನನಗೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ, ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಅರಿತಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ನನಗೆ ಇದೆ.

ಜವ ಸೇವೆಯೇ ಜನಾರ್ಧನ ಸೇವೆ ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆ:

* ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವಾರು 10000 ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ.

* ಪಾರರ್ದಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ.

* ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಶಾಲೆ- ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.

* ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವುದು.

* ರೈತರ ಫಸರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಬೆಲೆ ದೊರಕಿಸುವುದು.

* ಕೇವಲ 3 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವವು.

* ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಹೊಲಿಗೆ ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

* ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಬಡವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತರಹದ ಸಾಲ ಮನ್ನಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

* ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಅವಕಾಶ (ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ)

ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು:

1) ನೀವು ಘೋಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಗ್ಯಾರೆಂಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ?

2) ಸಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರೇ ನೀವು 2017-18 ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಅಂಬುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಎಲ್ಲಿವೆ? ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ 150 ಕೋಟಿ ದುಡ್ಡು ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ?

3) ಡಿ.ಸಿ.ಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರೇ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಂದರೆ ಇದೇನಾ? ಸರಿಯಾದ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಲ್ಲ. ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಶುದ್ಧವಾದಂತಹ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದರೂ ರಾಶಿಗಟ್ಟಲೇ ಗಲೀಜು ಮತ್ತು ದುರ್ವಾಸನೆ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಯಾವಾಗ?

One Day National Seminar on “Application of Gas Turbines and Indian Endeavours”.

The Society for Advancement of Aerospace Propulsion (SAAP) is conducting one day National seminar on the 20th of April 2024 (Saturday) in the Conference Hall of HAL’s old Management Academy located next to HAL Hospital on the Suranjandas Road, Bangalore-17 during 9AM-5PM. Theme of the Seminar is “Application of Gas Turbines and Indian Endeavours”.

The “Society for Advancement of Aerospace Propulsion (SAAP)” was formed with a motto of bringing together the serving and retied Scientists,Engineers, Practicing Professionals, Academia as well as Industries involved in Aerospace Propulsion Systems’ Design & Development, Manufacture, MRO Services and Airworthiness – Certification all under one roof to pursue and benefit from their mutually possessed knowledge.

An audience of approximately 150 from HAL, DRDO, NAL, Academic Institutions and Aerospace related Industries is expected to participate in the Seminar to discuss and deliberate various avenues of applications of Gas Turbines being developed in India. Design, development and testing aspects for the Gas Turbine Engines will also be discussed during the Seminar.

A Book on the Author’s “Journey through Gas Turbine Technologies” will be released during the Seminar. The SAAP has constituted “AVM Roy Choudhary Memorial Award” in the memory of the “FATHER OF INDIAN GAS TURBINES” on annual basis which will be presented to one of the Eminent personalities pursuing Gas Turbine Technologies along with a Memorial Talk by the Awardee.

In addition, a lot of Technical talks will also be presented by Eminent personalities from DRDO, HAL, IAF, Academia and Aerospace related Industries in addition to a very interesting Key note Speech on the current trending field “Hydrogen as an alternate Fuel for Gas turbines” by Prof. J.J. Isaac of Park Engineering College, Coimbatore who was a former Offg. Director, National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bangalore.

Towards the end, a Panel discussion will be held to summarise and suggest action points for the benefit of Gas Turbine Fraternity followed by Seminar Dinner. We request a good Press Coverage (Print and Electronic Media) to spread awareness on the theme and available opportunities in the country, the above informations were released at a press meet held at Press Club of Bangalore by T. High Court Justice Nagmohan Das said that whoever protects and implements the Constitution, I support them.

High Court Justice Nagmohanadas said that whoever protects and implements the Constitution in the current Lok Sabha elections, I will support them.

He spoke as the chief guest at the 133rd birth anniversary celebration of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar organized by the Central Power Research Institute at the Institute’s Silver Jubilee Hall on Monday.


He said that one should read the constitution, understand it and live according to it, it is only through this work that the constitution can be protected.

There are many problems and challenges in independent India.  Some blame our constitution as the reason for all this but that is not true.  He said that only one of those who say this does not say what is the alternative to our constitution.


Actually the fault is not in our constitution but in us.  He also opined that we have failed in reading the constitution properly and implementing it.

BA Savale, Director General of the organization, who was presiding, said that Ambedkar, who was educated amidst the shackles of poverty and untouchability, had vision for the construction of modern India and also contributed a lot in the field of electricity and water resources.


R. Shankar, President of the Ambedkar Executive Committee of the Institute, expressed happiness over the success of the programme.  Certificates and prizes were distributed to the children of the employees of the organization who excelled in various examinations in the program.

ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ ನನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಾಗಮೋಹನದಾಸ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ರಜತ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಭಾರತರತ್ನ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆ‌ರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕ‌ರ್ ಅವರ 133ನೇ ಜಯಂತಿ ಆಚರಣೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಓದಬೇಕು, ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅದರಂತೆ ಬದುಕಬೇಕು ಈ ಕೆಲಸದ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿವೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಇದಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ದೂಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಏನು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.

ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ದೋಷವಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ. ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಓದಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಎಡವಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದೂ ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಬಿ.ಎ.ಸಾವಲೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಬಡತನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂಕೋಲೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಆಧುನಿಕ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಪಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕ‌ರ್ ಆಚರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಆ‌ರ್.ಶಂಕ‌ರ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಕುರಿತು ಹರ್ಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಂಸಾ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಗುಜ್ಜಾಲ ಬಿ ಬಾಲರಾಜು ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
