Political Parties Must Address Demands of Student-Youth Community

The Federation of Student Organisations, Karnataka released the ‘Student-Youth Manifesto:Bengaluru Lok Sabha Elections 2024’At a press meet held at Press Club of Bengaluru on 30th March, 2024 at the Press Club of Bangalore.
During the event, SIO State President -Zeeshan Aaqil Siddique, Dalita Vidyarthi Parishad State President – Srinath Pujari, KVS State President – Sarovar Benkikere, Aratrika – All India Students’ Association, Secretary of Ambedkar Students’ Association of Agricultural University – Venkatesh, Pavan – Bengaluru Snatakkottara mattu Samshodhana Vidyarthigala Okkuta, Secretariat Member of All India Forum for Right To Education  – Shashank and Manifesto Co-Ordinator Mohammed Peer Latageri alongside other student leaders were present.
Addressing the press conference, the student leaders alerted the political parties to not take for granted the students and youth of this country who are keeping a close-eye on all the political happenings. They highlighted how all major political parties seem to have suddenly awakened as they try to woo voters in their favour after a deep-slumber where they failed to address people’s issues. Even so, they stated that the students and youth had hoped that the elections would be fought on people’s issues. However, in the run-up to the elections, all the political parties seem to have come to a mutual pact of fighting this election on non-issues; driven mainly by the distribution of money and alcohol alongside spreading hatred in the name of caste and religion which necessitated an immediate intervention by the youth.
Through their Students-Youth manifesto, the organisations have put forth demands pertaining to twin issues that have deep impacts on by the youth community – education and employment. They opined that addressing these twin demands holds the key to build India as a welfare state, a value enshrined the constitution under Article 45 and Article 16 that provide for Right To Education alongside Right to Equal Opportunity for all citizens in matters of employment. 

Their key demands include:
Demands pertaining to Education:
Ensure effective implementation of the Right to Education Act with immediate effect
Shift back the subject of education to the state list
Spend atleast 6% of GDP on education as per recommendations of the Kothari Commisision. The government must shed its unwillingness to fund education. 
Ensure effective implementation of Reservations provided for SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Disability and Transgender community students. Extend the provision of reservation to even Private unaided institutions
Stop contractualization of teaching and non-teaching posts and their deployment for non-academic tasks and propagandas.
The Right to Education Act must be extended to include higher education and early childhood care and education (ECCE).
All attempts to close down, merge and/or ‘rationalize’ government schools and anganwadis must be stopped immediately.
Eradicate malnutrition by implementing breakfast scheme in addition to the now existing mid-day meal schemes. Additionally, eggs must also be provided every day to students up to class 10 right from Anganwadi.
To safeguard the interests of children and parents in private schools, colleges and universities and to make them accountable to the masses, formulate and enforce strict comprehensive laws including fee regulation, minimum standards and norms for quality education.
Provide in every district adequate number of hostels for Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs and Minorities, with proper facilities and services.
Withdraw FYUP, CUET, NEET and JEE and other centralised admission tests
All attempts to distort history and introduce obscurantist courses must immediately be halted.
Enact Rohit Act to eradicate institutional discrimination. Alongside, Gender Sensitization Committee Against Sexual Harassments (GS-CASH) and SC/ST and Minority committees/cells with quasi-judicial powers must be established to address sexual harassment in higher educational institutions. 
Restore campus democracy, academic autonomy, and freedom of expression. Ensure that students’ unions are recognised by all universities and colleges. Democratic processes and elections must guide the functioning of students’ unions in every college and university.
Establish all future public higher education institutions in socio-economically and educationally backward districts.
Establish at least one government medical college and hospital in each district of the country.  
Demands pertaining to Employment:
The government to allocate necessary funds for MGNERGA, estimated to be 2.5 Lakh crore, and ensure its effective implementation. In addition to the same, a job scheme for Urban Poor, similar to that of MGNREGA must be instituted. The allocations for this scheme should be in-line with the estimate of costs – Rs. 3.2 Lakh crore.
Increase social sector spending to at least 30% of the budget enabling the creation of more government jobs.
Fill up all vacant posts in the government machinery immediately.
Scrap the new labour codes and restore sectoral laws
Formulate a comprehensive Law that upholds the rights of informal workers extending Core Labour Standards to all segments of workers including the wage labourers, the self-employed, the migrant workers and platform workers.
The government must immediately withdraw all proposals to privatize public sector enterprises which are the last vestiges of jobs with security. 

The student leaders also shared that they will take the manifesto amidst the youth of the state and urge them to vote only for political parties and candidates that address their demands.

After coming to power, Bahujan Bharat Party will widen the reservation policy – Prof. Venkatesh Kasbe, National President.

At a press meet held at press club of Bengaluru Prof. Venkatesh Kasbe, National president of  Bahujan Bharat Party said. For thousands of years, there has been a huge struggle between the indigenous Bahujan community of this country and the Aryans of the past, that means current rulers i.e. leaders of Congress and BJP. Bahujan Bharat Party is a political party of deprived  indigenous Indian people which is well known by the name Bahujan Samaj. It follows the doctrines of social reformers like Phule, Shahu, Babasaheb, Annabhau, Kanshi Ramji, Narayana Guru, Periyar etc. who dedicated their entire lives in the struggle for emancipation of these exploited people. The Bahujan Bharat Party is trying to do fair politics of elections so that the master key of the power of this country can come into the hands of the Bahujan people for the salvation of these 85 percent poor Bahujan people. As part of that, it is trying to field its candidates in all the Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana. Basically BJP i.e. former Jana Sangh was born in the year 1952 from the laps of Congress. If Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru of Congress had not given birth to Jana Sangh by seducing Shamaprasad Mukherjee, Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s schedule cast federation would have become the main opposition party in the country at that time and today Bahujan Samaj would have come in to power. Congress gave birth to Bharatiya Janata Party to be the main opposition party of its choice and today these two parties are grossly cheating 85 percent people of the country  i.e. Bahujan community by playing complementary politics. They do not want any third party of Bahujan Samaj to run, that is why they have started suppressing Bahujan Samaj Party and other Bahujan parties by showing great fear of ED and CD. It is the history till date that whether there is a Congress government or a BJP government in this country, none other than SC, ST, OBC and minorities can be seen to have taken strict action by these governments.
In 1991 During P. V. Narasimha’s time, the Congress government destroyed the very foundation of reservation by implementing the LPG policy in the country. The program of the Congress government was not to pay full reservation in education and jobs, but today the central governments of the Bharatiya Janata Party have introduced contractual system in education and jobs demolished the reservation policy. Bharatiya Janata Party’s policy of distributing free ration to crores of people is basically a policy of making these 85% Bahujan society slaves and helpless. It is Congress BJP’s policy to keep them alive and use them like cattle for their services. After coming to power, Bahujan Bharat Party will widen the reservation policy. Party will also promot  the policy of Nationalization of the farming and Industrial sector.
Scaring that the Bharatiya Janata Party is going to change the constitution, if   comes in power, Congress is planning to take the votes of Dalit OBCs and Muslims. Actually, the Congress has almost changed the constitution by fabricating many articles of the constitution in the name of reform many times. Now BJP does not want this constitution anymore and wants to bring Varna system into existence in this country by implementing Manusmriti in actual form. Today there is no party left as the main opposition party, who is opposing this matter in the Parliament. Therefore, Bahujan Bharat Party is contesting these elections to build  and bring a new party for the rights of Bahujan Samaj. Strong candidates like Dr. C.N. Manjunath, Dr. Ramesh Chakraborty have been fielded by Bahujan Bharat Party in South Karnataka. Through this press conference, all the Bahujan voters of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana are requested to elect the candidates of Bahujan Bharat Party with a huge majority.

ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ನೋಟ್ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 29/03/2024 ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಿದೆ:

ಪ್ರೊ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ ಕಸ್ಬೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಮೂಲನಿವಾಸಿ ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದ ಆರ್ಯರ ನಡುವೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಈಗಿನ ಆಡಳಿತಗಾರರು ಅಂದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರ ನಡುವೆ ಭಾರಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷವು ವಂಚಿತ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಶೋಷಿತ ಜನರ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಗಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಇಡೀ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಮುಡಿಪಾಗಿಟ್ಟ ಫುಲೆ, ಶಾಹು, ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್, ಅಣ್ಣಾಭಾವು, ಕಾನ್ಶಿ ರಾಮ್‌ಜಿ, ನಾರಾಯಣ ಗುರು, ಪೆರಿಯಾರ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸಮಾಜ ಸುಧಾರಕರ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಇದು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.


ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಈ 85 ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ಬಡ ಬಹುಜನರ ಉದ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಕೀ ಬಹುಜನ ಜನರ ಕೈಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ರಾಜಕೀಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮೂಲತಃ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಜನಸಂಘ 1952 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿತು.

ಶಮಾಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಮುಖರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮೋಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಪಂಡಿತ್ ಜವಾಹರಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರು ಜನ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೆಬ್ ಡಾ. ಭಿಮ್ರಾವ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ ಎರಕಹೊಯ್ದ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದು ಬಹುಜನ್ ಸಮಾಜ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಲು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದು ಈ ಎರಡು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಪೂರಕವಾದ ರಾಜಕೀಯವನ್ನು ಆಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶದ 85 ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಂಚಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೂರನೇ ಪಕ್ಷ ಓಡುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಅವರು ಇಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಡಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭಯವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಬಹುಜನ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರಕಾರವಿರಲಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಕಾರವಿರಲಿ, ಈ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು SC, ST, OBC, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರೂ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಕಾಣಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ಇತಿಹಾಸ. 1991ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿ.ವಿ.ನರಸಿಂಹ ಅವರ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರಕಾರ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯ ಬುನಾದಿಯನ್ನೇ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿವೆ. ಕೋಟಿಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪಡಿತರವನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನೀತಿಯು ಮೂಲತಃ ಈ 85% ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಗುಲಾಮರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಹಾಯಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವ ನೀತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅವರನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸಿ ದನಗಳಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ನೀತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಪಕ್ಷವು ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕರಣದ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬದಲಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆದರಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದಲಿತ ಒಬಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬೇಡವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮನುಸ್ಮೃತಿಯನ್ನು ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಬಯಸಿದೆ. ಇಂದು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷ ಉಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಮತ್ತು ತರಲು ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಬಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಡಾ.ರಮೇಶ್ ಚಕ್ರವರ್ತಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಹುಜನ ಮತದಾರರು ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾರಿ ಬಹುಮತದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರೊ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ ಕಸ್ಬೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಬಹುಜನ ಭಾರತ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯವರು  ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋಲಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊತ್ತಲೂರು ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಖಂಡನೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 28 ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಾಗಿರುವ ಮಾದಿಗ ಎಡಗೈ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಪ್ರತೀ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮತದಾರರಿದ್ದು ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯದಂತೆ ಐದು ಮೀಸಲು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಗೈ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡಗೈ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಕೋಲಾರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಕೋಲಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತಾಮಣಿ, ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಾದ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿದ್ದು ಬಂಗಾರಪೇಟೆ ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು, ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 50% ರಷ್ಟು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಮೂರುವರೆ ಲಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತದಾರರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋಲಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರುಗಳಾದ ಚಿಂತಾಮಣಿ ಡಾ|| ಎಂ.ಸಿ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಕೋಲಾರ ಕೊತ್ತನೂರು ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಮಾಲೂರು ನಂಜೇಗೌಡ, ಬಂಗಾರಪೇಟೆ ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಅನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್‌ರವರುಗಳು ಗೆದ್ದು ಬಂದಿರುವುದೂ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬೆಂಬಲದಿಂದಲೇ ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಬಾರದು. ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಾದರೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಬಲಗೈ ಮತ್ತು ಎಡಗೈ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗೆ ಸಮನಾಗಿ ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಮರಾಜ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆಯವರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬಲಗೈ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಸಮನಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಕೋಲಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆ.ಹೆಚ್.ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪನವರು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 7 ಬಾರಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಗೆದ್ದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪೆದ್ದಣ್ಣನವರಿಗಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಡಾ|| ಎಲ್. ಹನುಮಂತಯ್ಯನವರಿಗಾಗಲೀ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಸರಿಯೇ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋಲಾರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿಟ್ಟು ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ರವರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ 15 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್.ಎ. ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡದೆ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ವಂಚನೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಕೋಲಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ, ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಹಿತ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಮ್ಮತವಾಗಿ ಸಮನಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೋಲಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡಗೈ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗೆ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಓಟು ಪಡೆದು ಪಕ್ಷವು ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 2024ರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯರಾದ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದುಷ್ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೇಶವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಬಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಎಂ. ಸಿ. ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, -ರಾಜ್ಯಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಮಾದಿಗ ದಂಡೋರ ಜನಜಾಗೃತಿ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಕೆ. ಬಿ. ನರಸಿಂಹ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗೌರವಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ದಾಸ್. ಸಿ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಧರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಮಪ್ಪ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಹಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಧರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
