1. ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ: ಘೋಷಣೆ ಆದಂದಿನಿಂದ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ/ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಜಾಲ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ಜನರ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರುಗಳು, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಚಿವರುಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಸ, ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯ,ಭದ್ರತೆ, ಇತರೆ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ದುಂದು ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಹೊಸ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು.

2. ಮಾಜಿ MLA, MLC KPSC ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅಧ್ಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯರು….ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಮುಂತಾದ ಇತರೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಾರಣ ಯಾವ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ಬಡವರ ತೆರಿಗೆ. ಹಣದಿಂದ ಜೀವಿಸುವಷ್ಟು ಬಡವರಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಕಾರಣ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ನಿಗಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ವಾಮ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ಯವುದೇ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ 100-150 ಪಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ವೆಚ್ಚಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

4. ಸಭೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭ, ರ್ಯಾಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಕೊಡಬಾರದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಜಾತಿ ಬಲ, ಹಣಬಲ ತೋಳ್ಳಲ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳಿಂದ ವೃಥಾ ಪರ್ಷಣೆಗಳು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5. ಲೋಕಸಭೆ/ವಿದಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಎರಡು ಅವಧಿಗೆ(10ವರ್ಷ) ನಿಗಧಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

6. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವೇ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ನಿಂತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ವಸೂಲ್ಯಾಡಿ ಸರ್ವಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದೃಶ್ಯಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರವರ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರಪಡಿಸಿ, ಮತಕೇಳಲು ಸಂವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವೇ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಸರ್ವ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನಿ ರೈತರ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಪಕ್ಷ (ರಿ)ದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಮನವಿ ಎಂದು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು-ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ನಾಗರಾಜ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಬಂದು 76 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಕಳೆದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರರವರು ಕಂಡಂತಹ ಕನಸು, ಕನಸಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಕನಸು, ನನಸು ಮಾಡಲು ದಲಿತ ಚಳವಳಿಗಳು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು, ಮೂಲ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಆಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮರೆತು ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ದಲಿತ ಕವಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿದ್ದಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯನವರು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಸಾಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ನದಿಗಳು ಎಂಬಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟ ಧಮನಿತರ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ಶೋಷಿತ, ಸಹಶೋಷಿತರ, ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ, ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಯುವಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬುದ್ಧ, ಬಸವ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕ‌ರವರ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಸಮಪಾಲು, ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಸಮಬಾಳು ಎಂಬ ಆಶಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಇಚ್ಚಾಶಕ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ, ಹಸಿವು ಅವಮಾನ, ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆ.ಆ‌ರ್.ಎಸ್. ನೂತನ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಸಹ ಉದ್ದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಬೆಳತೂರು ವೆಂಕಟೇಶರವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ, ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

Bengaluru, March 22,2024:  The Global Healthcare Academy (GHA) today inaugurated “Best of ASCO” conference marking a significant milestone in the fight against cancer in India and beyond.
