Addressing the ongoing BJP National Convention in Delhi in 2024, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah stated, ‘Today, the country is counting the last breaths of insurgency, terrorism, and Naxalism. In the third term of the Modi government, the country will be completely free from terrorism, separatism, and Naxalism.’

The country has decided that in 2024, Modi ji will once again become the Prime Minister. The aim of this National Convention happening before the elections is the commitment to the developed India of Prime Minister Modi ji by 2047. The opposition made a ruckus when Article 370 was abrogated from Jammu and Kashmir. However, today, Jammu and Kashmir is progressing with new changes after the removal of Article 370. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under his leadership, has worked to promote overall development and has moved the economy from the 11th rank to the 5th rank. The Home and Cooperation Minister said that in 75 years, this country has witnessed 17 Lok Sabha elections, 22 governments, and 15 Prime Ministers. Every government in the country has tried to develop in a timely manner. But today, without any confusion, it can be said that comprehensive development, development of every sector, and development of every individual has only happened in the 10 years of Narendra Modi. In these 10 years, Modi ji has worked to eliminate nepotism, casteism, and appeasement.

The I.N.D.I Alliance and the Congress party have always promoted corruption, nepotism, appeasement, and casteism. However, Prime Minister Modi Ji has worked in these 10 years to eliminate corruption, nepotism, appeasement, and casteism from the country and focus on development.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 18-02-24 ರಂದು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ನೌಕರರ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದ 4 ನಿಗಮಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಸಂಘದ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತದ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬಾಂದವ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸುಧೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಲು ಸಭೆಯು ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿತು.

ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆ:

1. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2020 ಮತ್ತು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2021ರ ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ವಿರುದ್ದವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಕ್ರಮ. ಡಿಸ್ಕಿಸಲ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಎಫ್.ಐ.ಆರ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಮಾಡಿ, ಅವರುಗಳು ಮುಷ್ಕರದ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸುವುದು

2. 01/01/2020 ರಿಂದ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನದ ಹಿಂಬಾಕಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ 2020 ರಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾದ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ 01/01/2020 ರಿಂದ ವೇತನ ವಿಮರ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪಾವತ್ತಿಸುವುದು.

3. ಇಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ಸಮಾನ ವೇತನ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರಿಗೂ ಸಹ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲ ವಿಳಂಬವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

4. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 1996 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದನ್ವಯ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡದೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಬಹುಮತ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 1996 ರಿಂದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಿವಾದ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ನಡುವೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವಾಗದೆ ಏಕ ಪಕ್ಷೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವೇತನ ಪುನರ್‌ವಿಮರ್ಷೆಗಳು ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ. ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

5. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು.

6. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಚಾಲಕರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಲನ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಿಂಬದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನೌಕರರೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದು.

ಈ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾಲವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡದೇ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅನ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ನೌಕರರ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 04/03/2024 ರಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹೋ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು. ಸದರಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ನೌಕರರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ನೌಕರರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃಧಿ ಮಹಾ ಮಂಡಲ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಸಹ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವರು ಎಂದು ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
