This film explores the agricultural rhythms, vibrant festivals, and the harmonious coexistence of nature and humanity that define the community’s unique way of life.

Agriculture in Agumbe: Uncover the agricultural practices that flourish in Agumbe’s fertile lands, from the planting of paddy saplings during the monsoon to the meticulous harvesting celebrated during the Earth Full Moon Day festival. Delve into the profitable world of arecanut farming, exploring tree maintenance and the quality segregation

process during harvesting. Festivals in Agumbe: Experience the vibrant celebrations that honor farming and nature, including the unique rituals of Shivaratri and the agricultural festivities of Gadi Maari and Deepavali.

Agumbe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its breathtaking waterfalls, mesmerizing red hazy sunsets over the Arabian Sea, and being the King Cobra Capital of India. The Someshwara Wildlife Sanctuary, named after the presiding deity “Lord Someshwara,” adds to its natural allure. ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗೃತ ಕೋಶ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆ ವಿಳಂಬ ವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಿಸಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಘೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ದಿನಾಂಕ:17-12-2021 ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇದ್ದ 88 ದಂತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಕಂ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದೇ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ವಿಶೇಷ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿದೆಡೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ನಿಜವಾದ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇದ್ದ 88 ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ.ಹೆಚ್.ಎಫ್.ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ./71/ ಹೆಚ್.ಎಸ್.ಹೆಚ್./2019, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 16-06-2020 ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಾಂಕ:25-08-2020 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೇಲೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಮೀಲಾಗಿ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಕಂ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪಾಲಿಸದೇ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗೃತ ಕೋಶ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆ ವಿಳಂಬ ವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಿಸಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಘೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಇದ್ದು ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಇನ್ನು ಹಲವಾರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಈ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಇನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಿಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಳಕಳಿಯ ಮನವಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Launch of Karnataka Music Rural Empowerment Program and Mysore Vasudevacharya Jayanti Organized by KCMC

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Karnataka Music Rural Empowerment program by the Karnataka Classical Music Confederation Trust (KCMC) on April 18th, 2024. This groundbreaking initiative aims to empower rural communities through the enchanting melodies of Karnataka Music, fostering cultural enrichment and socio-economic development.

The Karnataka Music Rural Empowerment Program is an innovative initiative dedicated to spreading Carnatic music across the state by offering free music education to underprivileged children in rural areas. Through this program, KCMC aims to discover and nurture talent among village youth, providing them with access to the enriching and transformative qualities of Carnatic music. By reaching out to grassroots communities, we seek to not only empower individuals but also preserve and promote our cultural heritage.

Mrs. Revathy Kamath donated Rupees 2.5 Lakhs to Karnataka Classical Music Confederation Trust (KCMC) today.

Additionally, we are proud to unveil the inaugural celebration of the Mysore Vasudevacharya Jayanti, scheduled to take place on May 26th and 27th, 2024. This momentous event, organized by KCMC, will honour the legendary composer Mysore Vasudevacharya for his invaluable contributions to Karnataka music. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Smt. Revathi Kamath, a distinguished philanthropist, environmentalist, leading landscape designer, Veena Player, and the mother of ZERODA founders, and now the Vice-President of KCMC for her generous support in making this event possible.

Founded with a vision to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka music, KCMC serves as a beacon of excellence in the musical landscape.
