RV College of Physiotherapy Hosts National Level Post-graduate Convention “RVPGCON 2024”

RV College of Physiotherapy proudly announces the commencement of the RVPGCON 2024, a prestigious National Level Postgraduate Convention scheduled for February 16th and 17th, 2024. This momentous event commemorates 20 years of RVCP’s dedication to excellence in Physiotherapy education and practice.
RVPGCON 2024 aims to convene interns, Postgraduate students, practicing Physiotherapists, Academicians, Entrepreneurs, and Researchers from across the nation. The convention will serve as a platform to delve into current best practices, explore the latest developments, and envision future trends in the field of Physiotherapy.
Scheduled to take place at the esteemed Shivananda Sharma Memorial Auditorium, DAPM RV Dental College, JP Nagar, Bengaluru, the convention invites participants to embrace its tagline, “Unlearn to relearn… Adapting to new realities.”
Pre and post-convention workshops will be conducted at prominent hospitals such as Sakra World Hospital, MS Ramaiah Medical College and Hospital, and RV College of Physiotherapy and Dental College on February 15th and 18th, respectively.

ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ರೈತರ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮನ್ನಾ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೧೭ ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಚಲೋ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂಲೆ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ರೈತರು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರೈತರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ರೈತರ ಸಾಲ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮನ್ನಾ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಈಗ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಭತ್ತ, ರಾಗಿ, ಜೋಳ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ೫೦೦ ರೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

೬೦ ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು. ರೈತರ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ರೈತರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಕರಾಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಹಿತೆಗಳ ರದ್ದತಿ, ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ,

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ (ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಯು) ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಭೋಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿರ-ಅವಧಿಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು

ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ಹಳೆಯ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮರುಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು, ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೌಪಚಾರಿಕ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಕಳಸಾಬಂಡೂರಿ, ಮಹದಾಯಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

೧೯೬೨ ರಲ್ಲಿ ದಿ.ನಿಜಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬಡಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಾದ ಲಕ್ಯ ಹೋಬಳಿ, ಸಖರಾಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಹೋಬಳಿ, ದೇವನೂರು ಹೋಬಳಿ, ಕಡೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮುಂತಾದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕಣಿವೆದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಬಳಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಂತಹ ಹಲವು ಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆರೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಹಾಕಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಸಮಾಜವಾದ ತೇಲಿ (ಗಾಣಿಗ) ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದೇಶದ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸದೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಜಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವಹೇಳನ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿ ಮತದಾರರ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇಡೀ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಸಮಾಜ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಹಿಂದ ಹೆಸರು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಈಗ ಬರೀ ಅ-ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಪರವಾದ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಮತ್ತು ದಲಿತರನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯುವ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತೀ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗದ ಮತದಾರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇ. 56ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ 28 ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಇದ್ದು, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-2ಎ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 103 ಸಣ್ಣ-ಪುಟ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿ, ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಾಗಲಿ, ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಗಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವರ್ಗಗಳು ಬರೀ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುವ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವು ಬಹುಪಾಲು ಕಾಯಕ ಸಮಾಜಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಲಕಸುಬನ್ನು ನಂಬಿ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಮೇಲ್ವರ್ಗದ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲಾಡ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅವಕಾಶದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
