Aam Aadmi Party objected Minister Mallikarjun’s Irresponsible statement over KS Pratima murder

Bengaluru: Aam Aadmi Party has expressed shock over the murder of KS Pratima, Deputy Director of Mines and Earth Sciences Department. AAP state women’s unit president Kushala Swamy has expressed concern over Government officials in the state. She demanded that the government should provide adequate protection to honest and efficient officers, especially women officers who are in strategic places.

In her statement to the media on Monday, she said that it seems the incident that shocked the entire Karnataka. Can not believe that a common driver who works for her has murdered a female officer. The question is who is behind Pratima’s murder. An efficient officer who exposed several scams in her department was killed. It is painful that the Deputy Director, who raised her voice against illegal mining and followed the law, is no more today, Kushala Swamy said.

No efficient, honest officer has the right to live in a society, it shows how our government is working. Minister SS Mallikarjuna Irresponsibly asked that he be able to provide protection to all government officials. It’s a shame. Despite the murder of an efficient and honest officer, giving irresponsible statement is wrong, She said.

He has brutally killed an officer because he was dismissed for dereliction of duty, which shows how the government is providing protection to the officials. Such incidents lead to women living in fear. On the one hand, cases of rape, sexual harassment and mental torture continue to be reported in the state. Those cases are being closed without justice. The government has completely failed in this regard, She accused.

In such cases, the accused need to be punished severely. Should be given capital punishment. Such incidents will come to an end only when the criminals are punished severely. Governments that come to power with the promise of women empowerment and women protection, if they have humanity, they should ensure that such incidents do not recur, She said.I hereby appeal to the Minister, Home Department and the Chief Minister to investigate who is behind this incident and who is involved, She urged.

ಮನವಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿವರ:

1. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ 2ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಖಾಲಿ ಇದ್ದು ಅವರುಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ತಾವುಗಳು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

2. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ & ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ 6ನೇ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

3. ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ & ಸಹಾಕಿಯರ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಲ್ಲಟ (ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ) ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾನದಂಡ 3ಕಿ.ಮಿ. ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಇದ್ದು ಆದರೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವುಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಆದಕಾರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಒಳಗೆ 3 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

4. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿತರಿಸಿರುವ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ಗಳ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿ ಮುಗಿದಿದ್ದು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಇದು ನಮಗೆ ಸಾದ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ

5. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ & ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ಹಣವನ್ನು 2-3 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಆದವರಿಗೆ ಹಣಬರುವುದು ತುಂಬ ತಡವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಯಾಕಿಯರು ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ತುಂಬ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.

6. ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೆ ಏರಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಗೌರವಧನ ಭರಿಸಬೇಕು.

7. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಸಿಊಟ ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ಕೊಡುವ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರನ್ನು ಏಕರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯವರೇ ತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

8. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆಲವು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 10 ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಹಣ, ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ ಹಣ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಬಿಲ್ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ತುಂಬಿಸಲು ಹಣ ಸಾದಿಲ್‌ವಾರು 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ತಾವುಗಳು ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

9. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆಲವು ತಾಲ್ಲುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಸಾದಿಲ್‌ವಾರು 83 ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಆದೇಶ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
