ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ ಜೀವನವು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹಲವರು ಭಾವಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಪ್ತಮಾದರಿ ಡಾ. ಮಾಲೂರು ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರು ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರುಪಲ್ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಪರ್ವತಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತದ ನಂತರ ಮೌಂಟ್ ಎವರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಬೇಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ (5,364 ಮೀ) ತಲುಪಿದ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಮೊದಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈಗ ಅವರು 80 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಂಟ್ ಫ್ಯೂಜಿ ( ಜಪಾನ್‌ನ ಎತ್ತರದ ಪರ್ವತ ಸುಮಾರು 3,776.24 ಮೀ ಎತ್ತರ ) ಏರಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು UK ಮತ್ತು US ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ‘ದೇವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ’ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಚಾರಿಟಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ತೆರೆಯಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಮಾತಾನಾಡಿದ ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರು 1988 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಘಾತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದರು,ತಲೆಗೆ ಗಾಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗಶಃ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರು. ತಲೆಯ ಗಾಯದ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ, ಅವರ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಅಂಶಕ್ಕೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಿತು, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನರ್ಹರಾದರು. ಅಪಘಾತದ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ, ಅವರು ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಪಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡಿಯಾಕ್ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಬೇಕಾಯಿತು, ಅದು ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.

ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಾ.ವಿಜಯ್, ‘ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹಾರ ನೀಡುವ ನಾಲ್ಕೂ ರಕ್ತನಾಳಗಳು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ 55ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಪಲ್ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ತೀರ್ಥಯಾತ್ರೆ ಹೊರಡುವ ಯೋಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೆ. ನಂತರ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ , ನಾನು ಹಿಮಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡೆ, ನಾನು ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಾಗ, ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ಯಾರೂ ಎವರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಬೇಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್‌ಗೆ (ಇಬಿಸಿ) ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡೆ. ನನಗಿದ್ದ ಪರ್ವತದ ಅಯಸ್ಕಾಂತೀಯ ಸೆಳೆತದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟೆ.ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಕಿ ತಲುಪಿದಾಗ ಫ್ರೆಂಚ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು (ಹೃದಯದ ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಲ್ಲ) 14,000 ಅಡಿಗಳಷ್ಟು ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನಂತ ಇಬಿಸಿ ತಲುಪಿದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮೊದಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾದೆ. . ಆದರೆ, ನಾನು ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ, ಸುದ್ದಿ ದೂರದವರೆಗೂ ತಲುಪಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂದಿನ ನೇಪಾಳದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಲೋಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಚಂದ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು, ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿದರು.

ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರ ಅನುಭವವು ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು ಜೀವನದ ಅಂತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥೈಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬ ಊಹೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಯಂಗ್ ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬದುಕಲು ಅವರು ಜನರನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಆಹಾರ ಎಂದೇನು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಎತ್ತರ ಮತ್ತು ತೂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಆಹಾರ ಮಾತ್ರ.

ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರು. ಅವರ ತಂದೆಯ ಅಜ್ಜ ಡಾ. ಎಂ.ಎಲ್. ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮೊದಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು, ಉಳಿದ ನಾಲ್ವರು ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರು. ಡಾ.ವಿಜಯ್ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ. ಅವರ ತಂದೆ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ, ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಾಯಿ, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀದೇವಿ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ, ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ, ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆನೇಕಲ್ಲಿನಿಂದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಮಾರು 17 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

ಡಾ.ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಜಯನಗರ ಏಳನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉಚಿತ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ (ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀದೇವಿ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್) ಅನ್ನು ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಬಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, “ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ, ಒಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ, ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಚಸ್ವಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು, ಹೃದಯದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹದಗೆಡುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಮೊದಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನ ಹೇಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಅದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿತು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ.ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸದೃಢವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನದ ವಾಸ್ತವತೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಒಂದು ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ, ನಾನು ಏನನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ಭಿನ್ನನಲ್ಲ, ಅಪಘಾತದಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಸ್ಮರಣಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನನ್ನಂತಹ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಇದನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಬಲ್ಲರು, ಅವರು ಮುಕ್ತ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಇರುವವರೆಗೂ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಅವರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಬಲವಾದ ಇಚ್ಛೆ.”

ಜೀವನಚರಿತ್ರೆ

ಡಾ. ಮಾಲೂರ್ ಆರ್ ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರು ಭಾರತದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗರಚನಾಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ, ಅವರು 1972 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್‌ಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಮೂಳೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಳೆಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ಅವರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೇಟೆಂಟ್ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 1979 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರು US ಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದರು, ರಿಚ್ಮಂಡ್, VA ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ವರ್ಜೀನಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ರಿಚ್ಮಂಡ್, VA ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೆಕ್ಗುಯಿರ್ ವೆಟರನ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆನ್ನುಹುರಿಯ ಗಾಯದ ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಅವರು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಲ್ಲದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಔಷಧ ತರಬೇತಿಗಾಗಿ ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು. ನಂತರ ಅವರು 1986 ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಚ್ಮಂಡ್, VA ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೆಕ್ಗುಯಿರ್ ವೆಟರನ್ಸ್ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆನ್ನುಹುರಿಯ ಗಾಯದ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಘಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದರು. 1992 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಬೋಸ್ಟನ್, MA ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಔಷಧ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಡಾ.ವಿಜಯ್ ಬದುಕಿನೆಡೆಗೆ ಆತ್ಮಾನುಕಂಪವಾಗಲೀ ಕಹಿಯಾಗಲೀ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ನೀಡದೆ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ದುರದೃಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಕಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ‘ಮೀಲ್ಸ್ ಆನ್ ವೀಲ್ಸ್’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಬಿಗ್ ಬ್ರದರ್’ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಂತಹ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

2003 ರಲ್ಲಿ, 60 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರುಪಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡಿಯಾಕ್ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ, ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರು ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡೂವರೆ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಟ್ರೆಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಲುಕ್ಲಾದಿಂದ ಮೌಂಟ್ ಎವರೆಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ಬೇಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಏರಿದರು. ಇತರ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅದೃಷ್ಟದ ನಾಡಿರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡದಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಅವರು “ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾನವ ಚೇತನದ ವಿಜಯ” ವನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ, “ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಜೀವಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಸಾಯಿರಿ, ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಸಾಯುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನವೂ ಬದುಕಲಾರ” ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು, ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸಿವನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಭಾರತದ ಯುವಜನರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲು ವೈದ್ಯರು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳ್ಳವರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲದವರ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Although the fifteen million Jains estimated to live in modern India constitute a tiny fraction of its population, the message and motives of the jain perspective, its reverence for life in all forms, its commitment to the progress of human civilization and to the preservation of the natural environment continues to have a profound and pervasive influence on Indian life and outlook.

In the twentieth century, the most vibrant and illustrious example of Jain influence was that of Mahatma Gandhi, acclaimed as the Father of the Nation. Gandhi’s friend. Shrimad Rajchandra, was a Jain. The two great men corresponded on issues of faith and ethics. The central Jain teaching of ahimsa (non violence) was the guiding principle of Gandhi’s civil disobedience in the cause of freedom and social equality. His ecological philosophy found apt expression in his observation that the greatest work of humanity could not match the smallest wonder of nature.

Gurudev Sri Rabindranath Tagore says ” Mahaveera proclaimed in India, the message of salvation that religion is a reality and not a mere convention. The salvation comes from taking refuge in the true religion and not from observing the external ceremonies of the communities, that religion cannot regard any barriers betweeen man and man, as an eternal variety wonderous to say this teaching rapidly overtopped the barriers of the rays is abiding instict and conquered the whole country.

The principles of Lord Mahaveer are the need of the day and definitely each and every citizen will feel blessed by implementing those principles in their day-to day life. Life will never provide success directly. It can only provide possibilities and opportunities. Bhagwan Mahaveer Life and Humanity:

Bhagwan Mahaveer also known as Vardhamana. is the 24th Teerthankara of Jainism. He was the spiritual successor of the 23rd Teerthankara Parshvanatha Mahavira was born in the early part of the 6th century BCE into a Royal Jam family in Bihar, India. His mother’s name was Trishala and his father’s name was Siddhartha. They were lay devotees of Parshvanatha Mahavira abandoned all worldly possessions at the age of about 30 and left home in pursuit of spiritual awakening, becoming an ascetic

Mahavira practiced intense meditation and severe austerities for twelve and a half years, after which he attained Kevala Jnana (omniscience). He preached for 30 years and attained Moksha (liberation) in the 6th century BCE, although the year varies by sect. Bhagwan Mahaveer made religion simple and natural, free from elaborate rituals His teachings reflect the internal beauty and harmony of the soul. He taught the idea of supremacy of human life and stressed the importance of a positive attitude towards life. Bhagawan Mahaveer’s message of non-violence (Ahimsa), truth (Satya), non-stealing (Achaurya), celibacy (Brahmacharya), and non-possession (Aparigraha) is full of universal compassion.

The teachings of Bhagwan Mahaveer’s Non-Violence finds a lot of relevance all over the world. The universal slogan “LIVE & LET LIVE” given by Bhagwan Mahaveer finds more followers all over the world today.

When a person renounces the worldly life and all the attachments and is initiated into Monkhood or nun hood and follow all preaching’s of Lord Mahaveer, The Man is called Sadhu or Muni and the women is called Sadhvi. Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has provisionally attached movable assets to the tune of Rs. 106 Crore in the Chinese Loan App Case. 

ED initiated an investigation on the basis of FIRs registered by Cyber Crime Police Station, Bengaluru under various sections of Karnataka Money Lenders Act, 1961, Information Technology Act, 2000, Karnataka Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2004, and various Sections of Indian Penal Code, 1860 against numerous entities/persons in connection with their involvement in extortion and harassment of the public who had availed small amounts of loans through the mobile apps being run by those Chinese national controlled entities/persons.

​The investigation by ED revealed the modus operandi of these entities wherein these entities were incorporated by appointing dummy directors on behalf of Chinese nationals, used to obtain KYC documents of company staff and appoint them as Directors of such entities and even opened bank accounts in their name, without their knowledge or prior consent. These entities are involved in illegal/criminal activities by submitting fake addresses in KYC documents and taking assistance from various professionals and other persons.  They have provided instant short-term loans to the public through Loan apps and other means and charged high processing fees and exorbitant rates of interest and amounts were subsequently recovered from the public by these companies by way of threatening and causing mental torture to the borrowers of the loans over the phone as well as contacting their family members, relatives and friends asking for the money.

These Chinese national-controlled entities have indulged in huge money laundering activities through the merchant IDs maintained with various payment gateways, Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, PayU, Easebuzz and bank accounts maintained with various banks and thereby generating proceeds of crime. An amount of Rs 106 Crore has been attached under PMLA in merchant IDs, bank accounts.

Further investigation is in progress.
