Aadhaar Everywhere — Except Where It Matters Most

Aadhaar today is linked to nearly every aspect of daily life — from PAN cards, ration cards, and bank accounts to mobile numbers, LPG connections, school exams, office attendance, and almost all government welfare schemes.

Yet, one crucial link is still missing — the voter ID card.

Speaking to City Today News, G.S. Gopal Raaj, Editor, observed that if Aadhaar can be seamlessly used for income tax, rations, or even vaccination drives during the pandemic, there is no reason why the Election Commission cannot use the same system to clean up the voter rolls. “Linking Aadhaar with voter IDs would instantly help remove fake and duplicate entries, just like it did with ration cards,” he said.

Gopal Raaj further pointed out that while citizens face a fine of ₹10,000 for not linking Aadhaar with their PAN, there is still no such compulsion when it comes to elections — the very backbone of democracy.

He added, “If technology can simplify taxation and welfare delivery, it should also ensure the purity of our electoral process. The Election Commission must act before democracy continues to trip over its own duplications.”

IndiQube Posts ₹28 Cr Profit in Q2 FY26; Revenue Rises 38% to ₹354 Cr, Cashflows Up 138%

Tech-enabled workspace provider IndiQube Spaces Limited has reported strong results for the second quarter and first half of FY26, driven by robust revenue growth, improved margins, and steady cashflows.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, IndiQube posted a revenue of ₹354 Crores, up 38% year-on-year, and a profit after tax of ₹28 Crores. The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 21% for Q2, reflecting efficient operations and growing profitability.

In the first half of FY26, IndiQube recorded its highest-ever half-yearly revenue of ₹668 Crores, with 96% recurring income. Operating cashflows surged 138% YoY to ₹151 Crores, underscoring a strong and resilient business model.

Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, said, “Our performance demonstrates the strength of our recurring business model and disciplined growth. With healthy margins and strong cashflows, we are confident of closing FY26 on a high note.”

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, added, “This quarter we signed major deals, including a 1.4-lakh sq. ft. workspace lease in Bengaluru with the world’s largest asset manager and a 68,000 sq. ft. project in Hyderabad. We closed H1 with 87% occupancy across 125 properties in 16 cities.”

The company’s Area Under Management rose to 9.14 million sq. ft., while CRISIL reaffirmed its ‘A+ (Stable)’ rating, reflecting solid fundamentals and financial stability.

ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಈ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಟ್ಯೂಮರ್ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೇ ಕಿರಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಿಖರತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ರೋಗಿಯ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ವೇಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ткಮಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾನಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-3 ಚರ್ಮ ಹಾನಿ ಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನಂತರದ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣತೆಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಅಲ್ಪವಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿವೆ.

ಅಸ್ಟರ್ ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್‌ನ ಕಿರಣ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಡಾ. ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯಪ್ಪ, “ಈ ವಿಧಾನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಬಳಿಕದ ದೇಹದ ರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ,” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ಹಂತದ ಸ್ತನ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ತೋರಿಸಿದೆ. ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ನೀಡುವ ಒಂದೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಕಿರಣ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಿಂದ, ಹಿಂದಿನಂತೆ 15–20 ಸೇಶನ್‌ಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವು ಸುಮಾರು 50% ಕಡಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. 113 ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಚರ್ಮ ಹಾನಿ ಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಅಲ್ಪ ಎಂದು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.

BOHECO opens India’s largest Cannabis leaf-based wellness clinic in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, 11 November 2025: Bombay Hemp Company (BOHECO), India’s leading Cannabis wellness innovator, has launched its biggest Holistic Health & Wellness Clinic & Store in Bengaluru.
