Bengaluru, April 28, 2022: K.G.F: Chapter 2 from the house of Hombale Films has become the third highest-grossing film in Hindi with a collection of ₹343 crores. The magnum opus, originally made in Kannada, has beaten lifetime figures of Salman Khan-starrer ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (₹339.16 crore), Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’ (₹340.8 crore) and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’ (₹342.53 crore) and is inching towards the ₹1,000-crore mark at overall box office.

The K.G.F franchise has been a trend setter and has many firsts to its credit. K.G.F: Chapter 1 is the first movie in India to release in 5 languages. It collected ₹ 25 crores worldwide and recorded the highest opening figures in the entire history of Kannada Cinema. K.G.F: Chapter 1 became the first Kannada film to cross the ₹100, 200, and 250 crore marks. K.G.F: Chapter 2 trailer was the most viewed trailer in the first 24 hours. K.G.F: Chapter 1 was the most watched movie on Amazon Prime in 2019. K.G.F: Chapter 2 has been on a record-breaking spree at the box office setting new records every single day since its release.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel, one of the most sought-after directors, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films banner. An emerging pan-India production house, Hombale Films is all set to bankroll some of the biggest projects in the industry over the next two years. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 28, 2022: ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ನಿಗಮವು (“LIC” ಅಥವಾ “ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಷನ್”) ತನ್ನ ಮೊದಲ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರಿಗೆ ₹ 902 ರಿಂದ ₹ 949 ರವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಚಂದಾದಾರರುಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್‌ನ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆ (“IPO”) ಬುಧವಾರ, 4 ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಆರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೋಮವಾರ, 9 ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 15 ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು 15 ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರುಗಳ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮೊತ್ತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

IPO ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳವರಿಂದ 221,374,920 ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರುಗಳ ಆಫರ್-ಫಾರ್-ಸೇಲ್ (“OFS”) ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ (“ಮಾರಾಟ ಷೇರುದಾರರು”) (“ಆಫರ್”). ಈ ಅಫರ್ ಅರ್ಹ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹ ಪಾಲಿಸಿದಾರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

LIC, ಭಾರತದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ಷೇರ್ ಅಥವಾ GWP ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 61.6%, ನ್ಯೂ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ (ಅಥವಾ NBP)ನಲ್ಲಿ 61.4%, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 71.8% ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಗುಂಪು ವಿಮೆಯ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 88.8% (ಮೂಲ: CRISIL ವರದಿ) ರಷ್ಟು ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು.

ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 1, 1956 ರಂದು ₹50.00 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಬಂಡವಾಳದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ 245 ಖಾಸಗಿ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ LIC ಅನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. GWP ಯಂತೆ LIC ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಐದನೇ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾದಾರ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ (2021 ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಅನ್ನು 2020 ರ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಪಿಯರ್ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ) (ಮೂಲ: CRISIL ವರದಿ). ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ರಂತೆ, ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 91% ರಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿನ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಘಟಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 1.33 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ ನೆಟ್‌ವರ್ಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ಫೋಲಿಯೋ 32 ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು (16 ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 16 ಭಾಗವಹಿಸದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು) ಮತ್ತು ಏಳು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ ರೈಡರ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ಸಮೂಹ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ಫೋಲಿಯೋ 11 ಗುಂಪಿನ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. 2021 ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 42% ಮತ್ತು 42% ರಷ್ಟು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳನ್ನು 27 ರಿಂದ 40 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ LIC ಯ ಓಮ್ನಿ-ಚಾನೆಲ್ ವಿತರಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ (i) ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು, (ii) ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಅಶ್ಯೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು, (iii) ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಚಾನಲ್‌ಗಳು (ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು, ದಲ್ಲಾಳಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮಾ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು), (iv) ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮಾರಾಟ (ನಮ್ಮ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ) ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್‌ನ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್), (v) ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಇನ್ಶೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು (vi) ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಪರ್ಸನ್‌ಗಳು – ಜೀವ ವಿಮೆಗಳಿವೆ.

LIC ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರಾಟದ ಷೇರುದಾರರು, ಆಫರ್‌ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲೀಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್‌ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಿ, SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಆಂಕರ್ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬಹುದು, ಅವರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯು ಬಿಡ್/ಆಫರ್ ತೆರೆಯುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮೊದಲು ಒಂದು ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂದರೆ. ಸೋಮವಾರ, 2 ನೇ ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 31 ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಲಾದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಂತೆ, ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟೀಸ್ ಕಾಂಟ್ರಾಕ್ಟ್ಸ್ (ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957 ರ ನಿಯಮ 19(2) (b) ಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಆಫರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 6(1) ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 50% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಅರ್ಹ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ, 15% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕವಲ್ಲದ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದು 35% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಹ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್-ಆಫರ್ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ 0.025% ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹ ಪಾಲಿಸಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್-ಆಫರ್ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ 0.35% ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಫರ್ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

As part of the event, Mobility Outlook, the mobility-focussed brand of CarTrade Tech, launched a Coffee Table Book capturing the success stories of 24 triumphant and empowering women.

Mumbai 25th April 2022: Mobility Outlook, the mobility-ecosystem focused platform by CarTrade Tech, offering insightful perspectives on automotive, aviation, railways and maritime sectors, commemorated the spirit of women in the mobility industry last week by hosting the first edition of Women in Mobility.

India, April 25, 2022: P. C. Chandra Puraskaar, the annual national award from the P. C. Chandra Group, was conferred upon India’s most iconic sarod maestro, Padma Vibhusan Ustad Amjad Ali Khan. This was the 29th edition of the annual award ceremony. Sarod legend, Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan received the felicitation in the presence of Chief Guest, Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, Shri A.K. Chandra, Managing Director, P.C. Chandra Group and Mr. Suvro Chandra, Joint Managing Director, P.C.Chandra Jewellers at Science City Auditorium, Kolkata. The award ‘P.C. Chandra Puraskaar’ carries an honorarium of Rs. 10 lakhs which is tax exempt. The event also saw a soulful performance by National award-winning singer Imon Chakraborty.
Ustad Amjad Ali Khan is the sixth-generation sarod player in his illustrious family. His seven-decade long musical journey has enriched Indian classical music with innumerable credits and offerings. Best known for his clear and fast ‘ekhara taans’, Ustaadji was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 2001, the Fellowship of the Sangeet Natak Akademi, the UNESCO award, UNICEF National Ambassadorship, ‘Commander of the Order of Arts and Letters’ of France, and Fukuoka Cultural Grand Prize of Japan in his musical journey.
P.C. Chandra Group introduced this award ceremony in 1993 as a tribute to their founding father, late Shri Purna Chandra Chandra. P. C. Chandra Puraskaar has always recognized people from various walks of life, who have achieved great heights in their respective fields like Shri. Manna De (1993) followed by Professor U R Rao (1994), Shri Sunil M Gavaskar (1995), Smt P.T. Usha (2004), Shri Mrinal Sen (2008), Gulzaar Saab (1997), Ustad Bismillah Khan Saheb (2002), Smt. Anju Bobby George (2007), Shri Sourav Ganguly (2011), Smt Hema Malini (2013), Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia (2014), Dr. K. Radhakrishnan (2015), Grandmaster Viswanathan Anand (2016), Noble Laureate Kailash Satyarthi Ji (2017), Dr. Devi Shetty (2019), Shri Kapil Dev (2021) etc. This year is the 29th chapter of the Puraskaar. The recipient list of P. C. Chandra Puraskaar has some of the most illustrious achievers from our country, each with outstanding contributions in their respective fields of art, culture, entertainment, sports etc.
