ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬಲಪಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾಸಂಘದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಿ.ಆರ್. ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು. ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾಸಂಘದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಘಟಕದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಪೂಜನೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಬೆಳೆಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಮಹಿಳಾ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ನೀಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಆದ್ಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸಂಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಹಾಸಂಘದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಜೋಶಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ವಿವಿಧ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲೇ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದೇ ಮಾತು ಪುನರಾವರ್ತಿತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಾದರೂ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು ದೂರಿದರು. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಬಳಿಕ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಒತ್ತಡದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 2025ರ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 25ರಂದು ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಾತ್ವಿಕ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದೆಯಾದರೂ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲಕಾರಿ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡದೇ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ನಿಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 27ರಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆ ಕರೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಅನುಭವದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಈ ಭರವಸೆಯ ಮೇಲೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 27ರವರೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಡ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಅಂದು ಸಹ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಮಾರಾಸಂದ್ರ ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ, ಎಸ್. ಮಾರಪ್ಪ, ಅಂಬಣ್ಣ ಆರೋಲಿಕರ್, ನರಸಪ್ಪ ದಂಡೋರ, ಗುರುಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಫರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಇಪ್ಪಳಗಾಂವ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರ ತರಹುಣಿಸೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪುರಂನ ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ Hindu Sadar Kshemabhivruddhi Sangha ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 6 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಗೋಭಕ್ತರು, ಗೋಸಂರಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ-ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಸಂತರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋವನ್ನು ‘ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಾತೆ’ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವುದು, ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಏಕಕಾನೂನಿನಡಿ ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಮಾಳಗಳನ್ನು ಗೋಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡುವುದು ಸೇರಿವೆ.
ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 27ರಂದು ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸುಮಾರು 5,400 ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಜುಲೈ 27ರಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೂರನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 27ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಿದೆ.
ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ 2027ರ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 27ರಿಂದ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15ರವರೆಗೆ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತರು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಭಕ್ತರು ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದೆ. ಆಗಲೂ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಈಡೇರದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ 2027ರ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 16ರಿಂದ ಆಮರಣಾಂತ ಉಪವಾಸ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಂಘಟಕರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನವು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯದೇ, ಗೋಮಾತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಂದಿ ಬಾಬಾರವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೂಡಭಾರತಿ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ,ಶ್ರೀಕಲಿತನಯ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ,ಮುಖೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ,ಸಂಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ತಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
