ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 26 ಒಳಪಂಗಡ ಸೇರಿ ಸುಮಾರು 80 ಲಕ್ಷ ಇರುವ ಈಡಿಗ ಸಮಾಜ , ಈಗಿನ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ 7 ಜನ ಶಾಸಕರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಕೂಡ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ , ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಈ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ .
1 , ಈ ಸಮಾಜದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮವನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿವರೆಗೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ .
2. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕುಲ ಕಸಬನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದು ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದರಿಂದ ಸಮಾಜ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಬಡತನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ನಮ್ಮ ಓದಿದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಒದಗಲಿಲ್ಲ .
3. ಆರ್ಯ ಈಡಿಗ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪರವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಜದ ಪರಮ ಪೂಜ್ಯರು , ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಾಲಿಕಯ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತೇದಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಜಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಚ್.ಆರ್ ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್ ಧಣಿಗಳು 5 ಬಾರಿ ಬೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು . ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿರವರನ್ನು ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ಸಹ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ . ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ .
ಸರ್ಕಾಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು
1. ಕೂಡಲೆ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಗುರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು .
2. ಕುಲ ಕಸಬನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು .
3 , ಈಚಲು ಮರ , ತಾಳಿ ಗಿಡ , ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಾದ ರಾಯಚೂರು , ಸಿಂದನೂರು , ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ , ಯಾದಗಿರಿ , ಮಸ್ಕಿ ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇಂದಿ ಇಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು .
4. ರಾಜ್ಯಾವಂತ 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದವರಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವೇಷಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು . 5. ಒುಖವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ 50 % ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು .
6. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಚಲು ವನ , ಸೇಂದಿ ವನ ಮತ್ತು ಈಚಲು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಡವರ ಜನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಬದುಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು .
ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಡೇರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಆರ್ಯ ಈಡಿಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ .

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , ಸೆ 30 ; ಕೋಲಾರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿ ದ್ದು , ಇದೀಗ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಉಮ್ರಾ ಚಾರಿಟಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸ ಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯಮಿ , ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಕ ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್ ಬಾಬು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ .
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು , ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದೇ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು , ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ . ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಮನಗಂಡು ಬಡ ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು , ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು , ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಹಣಕಾಸು ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು .
ಕೋಲಾರದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ , ವಸತಿ ನಿಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು , ಶಾಲಾ – ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು . ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದವರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗ ಸೇರಿ ಸುಮಾರು 2.40 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಕೋಲಾರದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೂ ನಗದು ಮತ್ತು ಚೆಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಬಾಬು ಅರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . 4 ಮಂದಿ ಇರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 2 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ . 6 ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಇರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 3 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ . ಹಾಗೂ 8 ಜನರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 4 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ . ಮತ್ತು 10 ಜನರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 5 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ . ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ .
ಮೊದಲನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತ 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ .ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 8 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಉಮಾ ಚಾರಿಟಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಬಾಬು ರವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು .

“ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ” : – ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಖಂಡನೀಯ . ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಬಾರದೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ತನ್ನ ಸಣ್ಣತನವನ್ನು ತೋರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಈಗ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ ಕೇರಳ , ಪುದುಚೇರಿ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ . ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ , ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸಬಾರದು . ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಧೋರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಾವು ವಿರೋಧ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಾಟಾಳ್ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು .
ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿರಂತರ ಚಳವಳಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಡ , ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ , ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಭಾಷೆ . ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿ ಬೇಡ . ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಬೇಕು . ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡದವರೇ ಇರಬೇಕು . ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಚೆಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಬೇಕು . ನಾವು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆಂದು ವಾಟಾಳ್ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು .
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೆರೆಮರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹೇರಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಈಗಂತೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಿಂದಿ ಮಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು . ನಮ್ಮ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬಂದರೂ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ . ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಅಪಾರ ಇದೆ . ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಡ ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಒಕ್ಕೊರಲಿನಿಂದ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತ ಬೇಕು . ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗಡಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಿ ಹಿಂದಿ ನಾಮಫಲಕ ಇದೆ . ಕನ್ನಡ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ . ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು – ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗಡಿ ಭಾಗವಾದ ಅತ್ತಿಬೆಲೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಿಂದಿ ನಾಮಫಲಕ ಇದೆ . ಇದನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ತೆಗೆಯಬೇಕು . ಇನ್ನು 15 ದಿವಸಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವೇ ತೆಗೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ವಾಟಾಳ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು .
