ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ಕಳೆದ 20 ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಿರುವುದು ತಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರ . ಇದರಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಬೀದಿ ಪಾಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲವೂ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿರುವುದು ತಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ . ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದಾಗಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮಂತಹ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೌತಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹೊರತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಅನ್ಯಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಸಾಧ್ಯ . ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವರದಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹ , ಬಾಲಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೇಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದುಶ್ಚಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಡಾ | ದೇವಿಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವರದಿ , ಐಸಿಎಮ್‌ಆರ್ ( ICMR DELHI ) ಇವರುಗಳು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಟಾಸ್ಕ್ ಫೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ಕೂಡ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಹಸಿರು ನಿಶಾನೆ ತೋರುವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ .

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ರುಪ್ಸಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಈ ತಿಂಗಳ 30 ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ , ರುಪ್ಪಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 01-08-2021 ರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನ ರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ .

1 ) 2019-20 , , 2020-21ಸಾಲಿನ ಆರ್.ಟಿ.ಇ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು . ಕಾರಣ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿವೆ .

2 ) ನೈಜ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿವೆ . ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶುಲ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ದಾಖಲಾಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೈಜ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು . 2020-21 ಸಾಲಿನ ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 6 ರಿಂದ 8 ಹಾಗೂ 9 ಮತ್ತು 10 ನೇ ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡುವುದು .

3 ) ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾದ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ 1995 ರಿಂದ 2000 ರವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಅನುದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ 2010 ರವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಡೇರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಉಗ್ರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ .

Admissions for the 2021 Academic Year have begun at Amrita School of Pharmacy.

Kochi, July 19, 2021: Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kerala, an integral part of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University), and one among the top 20 pharma colleges in India, has announced the opening of admission for its various programmes for the academic year 2021-22. Students can apply online at https://www.amrita.edu/admissions/pharmacy. The last date to apply and pay the fees is July 31st, 2021.

ASP currently offers B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) Lateral Entry, Pharm. D (Doctor of Pharmacy), M. Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) programmes: M. Pharm Pharmaceutics, M. Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M. Pharm Pharmacology, and M. Pharm Pharmacy Practice, and Pharm. D P B (Post Baccalaureate).

All the programmes are recognized by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). ASI’s B. Pharm course is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for 3 years (from 2017-18 to 2019-20) and the re-accreditation process is in progress.

Amrita School of Pharmacy is the only pharmacy institution in Kerala ranked within top 20 pharmacy colleges in the country. It is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with ‘A’ grade. The school was ranked 15 among the best pharmacy institutions by the National Institutional Ranking Framework, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, consecutively for two years: in 2019 and 2020.

Dr. Hema Divakar, a healthcare leader, receives the Indian Medical Association’s (IMA) Doctors’ Day Award.

Bengaluru:The Indian Medical Association (IMA) presented Dr. Hema Divakar, Medical Director of Divakar’s Specialty Hospital, with the coveted Doctors’ Day Award in appreciation of her services and contributions to society and the public. In honour of Bharata Ratna Dr. B.C. Roy, a distinguished physician, academician, and independence warrior, Doctors’ Day is observed.

The award was presented to her by Dr. H.N Vinay, President, IMA, and Dr. Madhushankar L, Chairman, Doctors’ Day Committee, at a glittering event in Bengaluru in the presence of dignitaries and various stakeholders of the healthcare fraternity.

Speaking after receiving the award, Dr. Hema said she was humbled to receive the award and it motivated her to further strengthen her resolve to contribute to society. With the motto of “Women’s Health is Nation’s Wealth” she has been at the forefront of institutionalizing various guidelines and norms to reduce the maternal and infant mortality rate and improve quality of life.
