Bengaluru, August 13, 2025: Puravankara Limited (NSE: PURVA | BSE: 532891), one of India’s most respected real estate developers, marked its 50th anniversary today with the launch of a customised ‘My Stamp’ by the Department of Posts, Government of India. The release commemorates the company’s five-decade legacy of delivering high-quality homes built on trust, transparency, and timely delivery since 1975.

Founded in Mumbai in 1975, Puravankara later established its headquarters in Bengaluru and has since expanded operations to nine cities nationwide. The Golden Jubilee stamp, featuring the milestone years 1975–2025, combines bold, modern design elements with silhouettes of iconic buildings from Mumbai and Bengaluru — honouring the cities central to the company’s journey and growth.

Speaking at the launch, Sri K. Prakash, Chief Postmaster General, Karnataka Postal Circle, said, “Stamps are not only miniature pieces of art but also powerful storytellers of history, achievements, and culture. Through ‘My Stamp’, India Post recognises the contributions of companies shaping India’s future.”

Airline records rapid growth with strong operational and financial performance

Bengaluru, August 12, 2025 – Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline, marked its third anniversary today, celebrating a remarkable milestone of serving more than 19 million passengers since its first flight between Mumbai and Ahmedabad on August 7, 2022.

In just the past year, the airline carried 8 million passengers, maintaining an industry-leading load factor of over 87%, underscoring its growing reputation for reliability and service excellence.

Financial and Network Expansion

In FY25, Akasa posted a 49% year-on-year revenue increase and a 48% growth in capacity (ASKs). Strategic capital commitments from marquee investors, pending approvals, will support further expansion. The airline currently operates 30 aircraft across 28 destinations — 23 domestic and five international — and launched its first codeshare with Etihad Airways in March 2025.

District 317F Outlines Bold Vision in Healthcare, Education, Environment, and Social Welfare

Bengaluru, August 12, 2025 – Lions International – District 317F has announced a ₹1.2 crore package of community service initiatives during its ‘Abhinav’ Cabinet Official Appointment ceremony, held on Sunday at Bunts Sangha, Bengaluru. Hunger & Environment – Launch of the 365 Days Relieving Hunger Programme at K.C. General Hospital valued at ₹10 lakh, and a district-wide tree plantation campaign.

Global Service Contribution – ₹50 lakh donation to the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF).
