Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited reports Rs 52.30 Cr income and PAT Rs 14.96 Cr in the third quarter of FY25

Bengaluru based Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited which specializes in water engineering, procurement and construction services (EPC) announced its results for Q3 & 9MFY25 ended 31st December 2024.

The total income for the quarter ended December 31st, 2024, reported Rs 52.30 cr up by 11.59% yoy compared with corresponding quarter ended December 31st, 2023. The company reported a healthy EBITDA of Rs 18.40 Cr in the third quarter, which is up by 114.20% as compared to Rs 8.59 cr of EBITDA registered in third quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company reported PAT of Rs 14.96 Cr, which is up by 125% YoY compared to the similar quarter in the last fiscal year.

• Total Income for Q3FY25 stood at Rs. 52.30 Crore against Rs. 46.87 Crore in Q3FY24 with growth of 11.59%

• Revenue from Operations has increased to Rs. 51.35 Crore in Q3FY25 from Rs. 45.50 Crore in Q3FY24, registering a growth of 12.86%

• The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization stand at Rs. 18.40 Crore in Q3FY25, as against Rs. 8.59 Crore in Q3FY24, with an increase of 114.20%

• Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 19.17 Crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs. 8.82 Crore in Q3FY24, registering a growth of 117.35%

• Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs. 14.96 Crore in Q3FY25 as against Rs. 6.63 Crore in Q3FY24, registering a growth of 125.64%

• EPS Earnings per share (EPS) for Q3FY25 is Rs. 7.79, against Rs. 3.45 in Q3FY24

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 250 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ಭಾರತ ರತ್ನ, ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಶಿಲ್ಪಿ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೀಮ್ ಸೇನೆ (ರಿ.) ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುನಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೀಮ್ ಸೇನೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಂಕರ್ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲೂ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ತಾಣವಾದ ಲಾಲ್‌ಬಾಗ್ 245 ಎಕರೆ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣವಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಳ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಕೀಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ವಾದಿ ಉಮಾಶಂಕರ್ ಎಲ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ನಗರ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಮು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಈ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 2025-26 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 30 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವ ಹೆಚ್.ಸಿ. ಮಹದೇವಪ್ಪ, ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ಸತೀಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಚಿವರು, ಶಾಸಕರು, ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ 250 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗ್ಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಶಂಕರ್ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

Three Siblings Fight for Their Lives: An Urgent Plea for Blood Stem Cell Donors

Kottayam family races against time to save their children battling a tough blood disorder


THIRUVALLA, January 17, 2025: In a difficult battle for survival, three young siblings from Kottayam – Faizy (11), Faiha (10), and Faiz (4.5) – are urgently seeking blood stem cell donors. Diagnosed with Beta Thalassemia Major, a genetic blood disorder, their childhood is marred with frequent blood transfusions and weakness as their family fights to give them a chance at a healthy future.

Despite their condition, the siblings continue to dream big. Faizy, a lively and determined sixth-grader, dreams of becoming a pilot and businessman. Faiha, a bright and curious fourth grader, aspires to become an oncology doctor and help children like herself. Little Faiz, the youngest, captivates everyone with his playful energy and ambition to become a captain pilot. Their resilience and positivity in the face of such a challenging condition inspire everyone around them.

Emphasizing the critical importance of blood stem cell transplantation in the management of thalassemia patients, Dr. Chepsy C Philip, Professor & Program Director, Regional Advanced Center for Transplantation (RACTHAM), Haemato-Lymphoid Oncology & Marrow Diseases, Believers Church Medical College Hospital stated, “India faces a substantial burden of thalassemia, with over 10,000 children diagnosed with this condition annually. Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder that compromises the body’s capacity to produce hemoglobin. Beta-thalassemia major, a severe manifestation of the disease, necessitates regular blood transfusions and, ultimately, may necessitate a stem cell transplant for a definitive cure. Consequently, the demand for transplants among children is exceptionally high.”

The availability of matching blood stem cell donors remains a significant challenge for Indian patients in need of life-saving transplants. India has a young population, so it is crucial to encourage more people to register as stem cell donors. Their continued participation in the registry significantly improves the chances of finding matching donors for patients requiring assistance,” says Patrick Paul, CEO, DKMS BMST Foundation India.

“However, finding a matching donor is a challenge; only 30% of patients diagnosed with blood cancer or a blood disorder find a matching donor within their family, while the remaining 70% of the patients rely on the generosity of voluntary, unrelated stem cell donors. Ethnicity plays a significant role in finding a matching donor,” he added.

The siblings’ father, who works far from home to support the family, urges citizens to come forward and register as blood stem cell donors to help out his kids. He says, “Watching my children suffer is unbearable. A matching stem cell donor is their only chance to survive. I urge everyone to register as donors – you could be the reason my children live to see their dreams come true.”

A successful transplant can completely eliminate the need for lifelong blood transfusions and improve the patient’s quality of life significantly. Thalassemia is not just a physical burden but also a psychological and financial one for families, as frequent transfusions and iron chelation therapies take a significant toll. Raising awareness about early diagnosis and the potential for a cure through transplantation is critical. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಕೆ.ವಿ.ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಕೆಂಧೂಳಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು ಆತಂಕದಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಟಿ.ವಿ.ಹಾವಳಿಯ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಓದುಗರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಾ ನಂತರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮವಿತ್ತು. ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಸ್ವಂತಿಕೆ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೆಂಧೂಳಿ ವಾರಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಧೂಳೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ, ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಇಂದಿನ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕು. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿ ಸರಿದಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೇಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.


ಹಿರಿಯ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಸುಭಾಷ್ ಹೂಗಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಟಿ.ವಿ.ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧಾರವಾಹಿ, ಬಿಗ್‍ಬಾಸ್ ನೋಡುವವರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ನೋಡುವವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಉಳಿದೆಲ್ಲಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಂತಲ್ಲ. ವಿಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸವೆಂದರೆ. ಈಗಿನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರೀಕರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಘನತೆ ದಿನೆ ದಿನೆ ಕುಗ್ಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜನರ, ಓದುಗರ ಪರವಾಗಿರುವ ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಸಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಆರ್ ಜಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಇಂದು ತನ್ನತನವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಹಾದಿ ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರೂ ಘನತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ ಆದರೆ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ವೃತ್ತಿಯ ವದ್ದತೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿದಿದರು.

ವಸತಿ ಸಚಿವರ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಸಲಹೆ ಗಾರ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿನಾರಾಯಣ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿರುವ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಂಧೂಳಿ ವಾರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ತನ್ನದೆ ಆದ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲಭವನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಬಿ.ಆರ್,ನಾಯ್ಡು,
