Pioneering tertiary care hospital’s program brings Covid-19 management to the safety of patient’s home using technology

ಕೋವಿಡ್-೧೯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಗರದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ (ಜು.20) ನಡೆದ ಉನ್ನತಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಅಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸೂಚನೆ:

ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಒಂದು‌ ವೇಳೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದರೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಇದು ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಆತಂಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಕೊವಿಡ್ ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇತರೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಿಗದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಭಯಭೀತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇತರೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ತಂಡ ರಚಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ:

ಕೋವಿಡ್-೧೯ ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇತರೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ರಮೇಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಗಂಟಲುದ್ರವ ಮಾದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ವರದಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ವರದಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಮುತುವರ್ಜಿಯಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಆಹಾರ; ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ:

ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತಗತಿರುವ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ತೋರಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು, ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಸ್ನಾನದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶೌಚಾಲಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಊಟೋಪಹಾರ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ 740 ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳಿವೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ 300 ಬೆಡ್ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟು, ಉಳಿದವರನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಕಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎಂ.ಜಿ.ಹಿರೇಮಠ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್-೧೯ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಸೂಕ್ತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಲಕ್ಷಣರಹಿತರಿಗೆ ಇರಿಸಲು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ಅಥಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕೊರತೆ ನೀಗಿಸಲು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದವರನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಚೇತಕರಾದ ಮಹಾಂತೇಶ ಕವಟಗಿಮಠ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಶಾಸಕ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಕುಮಠಳ್ಳಿ, ಅಥಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೀಗ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ದೂರ ಆಗಿರುವುದರಂದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಅಥಣಿಯಿಂದ ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ಕಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ಹಳೆ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿರಂತರ ನಿಗಾ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ.ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಕೆ.ವಿ.ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಹೊಸ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಮನೋಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬಲು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇರುವವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯವಾಗಿಯೇ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲೂ ಬಿಪಿ, ಶುಗರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ವರ ಇರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ.ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಜತೆಗೆ ಇತರರಿಗೂ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಲಭಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮುಂದೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿಮ್ಸ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ.ವಿನಯ ದಾಸ್ತಿಕೊಪ್ಪ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ತ್ಯಾಗರಾಜನ್, ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ನಿಂಬರಗಿ, ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಶೋಕ ದುಡಗುಂಟಿ, ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಕೆ.ಎಚ್. ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ, ಜು. 18: ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಹರಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಕಡೆ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಚಾರ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ, ಸುಲಭ ಸಾಗಣೆ, 350 ಕೆಜಿಯಷ್ಟು ಭಾರ ತಡೆಯಬಹುದಾದ ಶೇಕಡಾ 100 ರಷ್ಟು ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ 650 ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು (Corrigated Beds) ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರದಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಶನಿವಾರ ಹಸಿರು ನಿಶಾನೆ ತೋರಿದರು.

ಹಾಸಿಗೆ, ದಿಂಬು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸೇರಿ ಬೆಡ್ ವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇವಲ 1000 ರುಪಾಯಿಗೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ. ಇಂಥ ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ, ಶಾಸಕ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾಕ್ಕೆ 550 ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಯಚೂರಿಗೆಂದು 100 ಒಟ್ಟು 650 ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವಾಡ್ ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಲೀಂ ಅಹಮದ್, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಾಸಕ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಬೆಡ್ ಲಾಭದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಹೀಗೆ:

ಈ ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಖುದ್ದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ 5 ನಿಮಿಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ 5 ನಿಮಿಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಚ್ಚಬಹುದು. ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಸಾಗಿಸಬಹುದು. ಎಲ್ಲಕಿಂಥ ಮಿಗಿಲಾಗಿ ಮಡಚಿ ಒಂದೇ ಲಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 650 ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಗಿಸಬಹುದು. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ 850 ರುಪಾಯಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ 1000 ರುಪಾಯಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿರುವುದು ಲಾಭಕರ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಕಾರಿ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೀಗ ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇರುವ ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಹಾಗೂ ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಎಂಬ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ವಿಭಜನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಕಡೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರಕಾರ ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡವಿದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ತೆರನ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಂಟಪ, ಬಯಲು ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲ್ಲದವರಿಗೆ ಇಂಥ ಕಡೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬಹುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ತೊಂದರೆ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಗಂಭೀರ ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್ ಯುಕ್ತ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕಡಿಮೆ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗುವ ಈ ಬೆಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡ ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದು. ತೆಲಾಗಾಣ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 5000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ್ದು, ದೇಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಇದೇ ಮಾದರಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಇಂತಹ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ತಯಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವ್ಯಾಡ್ ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಯೋಚನೆಯಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ವರದಿ ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸರಕಾರದ ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

Bengaluru, July 18– Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa today convened a meeting with Private Medical College Hospitals regarding COVID management and directed them to provide 50 per cent of the beds as promised, with effect from tomorrow itself.

In his address, he said that the private medical college hospitals need to cooperate as there is sharp rise in COVID cases in the city. It has come to the notice of the Government that some institutes are denying treatment for COVID as well as non-COVID patients and he expressed his concerns over media reports of death of several people, who died as they didn’t get timely treatment due to denial from the hospitals. He said that Bengaluru should continue to lead the country as a role model in COVID management.

During previous meeting private medical colleges had agreed upon providing around 4500 beds, which would make total beds available in Government and private medical colleges is 6500 beds. Chief Minister expressed dismay over some colleges not providing the number of beds as promised and also about certain lacunae which were noticed by ministers during their visit.

During this emergency situation we should respond with humanity. COVID and Non COVID patients shall not be denied of treatment and the balance in healthcare system shall be maintained, he advised.

He directed them to provide 50 per cent of the beds with effect from tomorrow itself as there is acute increase in the number of COVID 19 cases reported in BEngaluru.

He assured them of all support including providing doctors and nurses, if need be.

The private medical colleges assured to provide 50 per cent of beds and some colleges offered 80 per cent of the beds for COVID treatment.

Nodal officers have already been appointed to monitor the availability of beds in these medical colleges.

It was decided to issue notice to Vaidehi Medical College for their absence.
