ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಂತೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುವಾಗುವಂತೆ 5.5.2020 ರಂದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇಂದು ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜುಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದೂ ಸಹ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಖಾಸಗಿ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಇಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಪೋಷಕರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು, ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ಪೋಷಕರಿಂದ ಕಂತುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ 2020-21 ನೇ ಈ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬೋಧನ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಾರದೆಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರುಗಳು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯವಾದ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಸ್ಪೊಕ್ಟೊ ತನ್ನ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರ್ಬಿಐ (RBI) ಮೊರಾಟೋರಿಯಂ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಮೊರಟೋರಿಯಂ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜ್ಞಾನ ದೊರಕಿ ಸಾಲದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುವುದು.
ಟೆಕ್-ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಪೊಕ್ಟೊ ಸಂಭಾಷಣಾ ಚಾಟ್ ಬಾಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ, ಅದರ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅಥವಾ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ಪರಿಣಾಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸದೆ ಮೊರಟೋರಿಯಂ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರದ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ಅನುಮತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಮಾನಿಟರ್ ನ ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಾಟ್ ಬಾಟ್ ವಿವಿಧ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕಲು ಡೇಟಾ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ದಿವಂತಿಕೆ ಬಳಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಐಎನ್ಆರ್ 20 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ವಸತಿ ಸಾಲ ಮತ್ತು 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅವಧಿಯ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಅವಧಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ವೇತನ ಕಡಿತವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ. ನಿಷೇಧವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೋನಸ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಬಡ್ಡಿ ಡೀಫಾಲ್ಟ್. ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅಥವ ವಾಹನ ಸಾಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ 30 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಅವಿವಾಹಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ವೇತನ ಕಡಿತವಿಲ್ಲದ ಆಶ್ವಾಸಿತ ವೇತನವು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಉಳಿತಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Bengaluru, April 17, 2020: With the nationwide lockdown extended till May 3, 2020, and schools remaining shut across the country, LEAD School is aiding over 13,800 students in Karnataka and 2.5 lakh school students to continue their learning online and ensuring there is no disruption in their academic year. The move comes amid the coronavirus outbreak and the 15th April directive from the Government of India asking educational institutions to maintain academic schedules through online learning platforms.
Currently, over 13,800 students have benefitted through this program across 38 schools in Karnataka alone.
Even before the government imposed the 21-day national lockdown, LEAD School — one of the fastest-growing technology-enabled academic systems in India — launched its unique School@Home programme on 16th March itself when only a few state governments had started announcing lockdowns. Bringing the school right into living rooms, LEAD School then started the new academic year on 2nd April and, till date, online classes under the programme have generated approximately 30 lakh video views.
