~Partnership to enable more than 7000 eBooks from Packt to be made available for students in India~

Bengaluru, 11^th June 2019:uLektz, a SaaS based Edtech startup announced that it has partnered with Packt Publishing, a UK based publishing company offering more than 7000 Titles on information technology and software. ದಿನಾಂಕ : 25 / 05 / 2019 ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಒಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತೋಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಹೀನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತವೇ ? ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ . ಕೆ . ಜಿ – ಯುಕೆಜಿ ಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ,

ಇಡಿ 11 ಯೋಯೋಕ 2108 ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , ದಿನಾಂಕ 17 – 5 – 2019 ರಂದು ಬಂದಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು 3 1 / 2 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 10 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3 – 30 ರತನಕ ಶಾಲೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು . ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ / ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಗೌರವಧನವನ್ನು SDMC ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಇದರಿಂದ ಶಾಲಾ ದಾಖಾಲಾತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಗುವುದೆಂದೂ ಆಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಪುನರ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ .

• ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ತರುವ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ , ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರೊಂದಿಗೆ , ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸದೇ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸುತೋಲೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ .

• 1975 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ ICDS ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದೆ 3 – 6 ವರ್ಷದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ , ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 16 , 40 , 170 ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ .

*ಇದೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ಈಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲು ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .

* ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಅಗತ್ಯವೇ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ 3 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .

*ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಯೋಜನೆ 1975 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಬೃಹತ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ .

*6 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ 40 % ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು 80 % ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ 4200 ಕೋಟಿ ಯನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ .

• 6 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ನೌಕರರಲ್ಲಿದೆ . ಅದು ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ . 6 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೀರ್ಣಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಿರುತ್ತದೆ ,

• ICDS ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ .

*ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಇರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬದಲಿಗೆ , ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ತರುವುದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೆ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುವುದು .

*ನಷ್ಟದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯೋಜನಾ ಆಯೋಗ 9 – 10 ನೇ ಪಂಚವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು 2011 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರ್ಪd ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳ ಆಶಯಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಟ್ಟುಗೊಡುತ್ತವೆ . ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು .

ಬೇಡಿಕೆ :ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಾತೃಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು . ಈಗಿರುವ ಸಹಾಯಕಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ . 1995 ರಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು SSLC , PUC , BA , ಪಾಸಾಗಿರುವವರು ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್‌ಕೆಜಿ ಯುಕೆಜಿ ತರಭೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ , ಅನುಭವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪಾಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ . ಪೂರ್ವಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪೂರೈಸಿದವರಿಗೆ TC ಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು 1 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು .

> ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳೆಂದೂ ಘೋಷಿಸಬೇಕು .

> ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾನ್ವೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು .

> ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿಸಬಹುದು . ಆಗ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನೇರವಾಗಿ 1 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ದಾಖಲು ಆಗುವ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ .

ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಕಳೆದ ಎಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು , ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಸುಮಾರು ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ , ದ್ವೀತಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ( KAS / FDA / SDA ) ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ( RRB ) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ . ಇದನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೆಷನರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಶಾಖೆಯಿಂದ 100 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಬೋಧಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಿಂದ ಉಚಿತ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 24 / 03 / 2019 ರಿಂದ 3 ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಉಚಿತ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದು ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ಹರು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು .
