Kejriwal’s motive is not to serve the public, but to hide the corruption of the multi-crore bungalow: Shah

On the initiative of Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023 was passed in the Lok Sabha on Thursday.

Amit Shah once again demonstrated that where there is ‘Shah’, there is a way, showcasing his unbeatable logic.
Initiating the debate in the Lok Sabha, Amit Shah said, ‘The Legislative Assembly was started in Delhi in 1993.
Since then, there has been a BJP government in Delhi and Congress at the Center and sometimes a Congress government in Delhi and a BJP government at the Centre. Till date both the parties have ruled on this issue without any confrontation.

But when Kejriwal’s government was formed in the year 2015, the problem started. The motive of AAP is not to serve the public, but to hide the corruption of the Delhi government by opposing this bill.

The opposition of the rest of the opposition parties is also just to save the alliance. No matter how many alliances the opposition forms, it is certain that Modi ji will become the Prime Minister in 2024.

The opposition parties began opposing the Delhi Government (Amendment) Bill, 2023, as it was introduced in the Lok Sabha by senior BJP leader Amit Shah.

While the passage of this bill is unlikely to affect any party except the AAP, the opposition’s protest was solely aimed at safeguarding the Alliance.

Given the already weak foundation of the Grand Alliance, it is certain that Kejriwal will exit the alliance promptly once the Bill is passed.

Shah is firmly of the belief that the leaders in the house who accused him of acting against the Supreme Court’s decision may not have read the court’s complete judgment. The court explicitly stated that under Article 239A, the Parliament holds full authority to enact laws pertaining to Delhi on any matter.

In his distinctive manner, Amit Shah narrated the history of Delhi’s formation, highlighting that in 1911, the British created Mehrauli and Delhi tehsils independently from Punjab. Subsequently, the Siddaramaiah Committee called for Delhi to be granted full statehood, which faced opposition from Pandit Nehru, Sardar Patel, Rajendra Prasad, and Ambedkar.

Shah’s emphatic support for the Delhi Services Bill throughout the debate leaves no doubt that the dispute revolves not only around the transfer and posting rights of officers but also centers on the handling of the bungalow and taking charge of vigilance. It is an attempt to conceal expenses and evade responsibility in the liquor scam.

Amit Shah launches ‘EN MANN, EN MAKKAL’ padyatra in Tamil Nadu

Union Home and Cooperation Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Amit Shah on Friday flagged off BJP’s statewide 6-month-long ‘EN MANN, EN MAKKAL’ (My Land, My People) padayatra in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. During the inauguration of the Padayatra, Amit Shah emphasized that this journey would liberate Tamil Nadu from nepotism and corruption while also bestowing greater recognition upon Tamil culture across the nation. He said that this is not merely a political padayatra. The padayatra, covering all 39 Lok Sabha constituencies and 234 assembly constituencies in the state, will end on January 11, 2024. While addressing the gathering, Amit Shah also lashed out at the opposition alliance.

Today, the people in the country resonates with BJP’s formidable leader, Shah, often referred to as the modern-day Chanakya, who believes that regardless of the opposition alliance’s name changes, people will recall the 2G scam, the Commonwealth scam, the coal scam, Chopper Scam, Submarine Scam, and ISRO Scam whenever they seek votes from the people. The opposition parties do not want to develop India, they only want to develop their families. Sonia Gandhi wants to make her son Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister. Stalin wants to make his son Udhayanidhi the CM. Lalu Yadav wants to make his son Tejashwi Yadav the Chief Minister. Mamata Banerjee wants her nephew Abhishek Banerjee to be the CM and Uddhav Thackeray wants his son to be the CM. These people do not want to make India strong, but want to empower their sons, daughters and nephews.

Since independence, the attitude of the Congress on issues like Article 370 and Ram Mandir has been negative. The people of Tamil Nadu can never forget that the Tamils were massacred in Sri Lanka during the Congress rule and the plight of Tamil fishermen took place during their time. But in Modi ji’s second term, on the direction of Amit Shah, Article 370 was also repealed, and the Ram Mandir issue was also resolved. The public of the country has witnessed this wave of transformation.

Spreading wrong information  about Manish Sisodia’s property valuation is incorrect-AAP

Addressing a press conference held at the Aam Aadmi Party’s media office, State Working President BT Naganna said, “It is a shame that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Enforcement Directorate has framed former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in a false case, who has brought about an education revolution in the state of Delhi which can put rest of the country and the world to shame.  It is a sign of BJP’s desperation that they are trying to slander in the media across the country as if Rs. 54 crores worth of property which was seized yesterday belongs only to Manish Sisodia. It is the intention of the central government to level this type of political allegation to beat the top leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party, which already holds power in two states and has representatives in many states including Goa, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh.  The Aam Aadmi Party will never be swayed by machinations,” he warned.

“Manish Sisodia had earlier bought a house in Ghaziabad for 5 lakhs on 5-2-2005 when he was a journalist. On 27-7-2018 he bought a flat in Delhi for 65 lakhs in the name of his wife. He has only Rs 11,49,738 in his Bank of Baroda account. But allegation against Manish Sisodia was made in 2021. This proves that this false case has nothing to do with the two properties he has bought. As a former journalist, two times Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, managing 18 accounts, can he not have made such a small amount of property for his residence?” asked Naganna.

“54 crore assets confiscated by the Enforcement Directorate are properties related to Chariot Media Products Pvt Ltd, Brind Co Sales Pvt Ltd, Gautham Malhotra, Nova Garments,” Naganna showed proof with the document.

He appealed to the national media and local media to understand and broadcast it correctly and not to spread slander about Manish Sisodia.

“BJP is using the latest amended law of Enforcement Directorate only to punish Aam Aadmi Party leaders and to set up their governments in different states in illegal way.  They have no big intention to uproot corruption in the country,” said Jagdish V. Sadam, state media in-charge, who participated in the press conference.

ವಿರೋದ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈರಲ್ ಆದ ಸಾರಾಂಶ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ. ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ “ಮಂಡ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಬೇಕು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ದಿಕ್ಕೂಚಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಕಾಣಬೇಕು. ಆ ಕಾಣಂಗೇ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಾ ತಾನೇ? ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಾ ಅಂಥ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಇದೇ, ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ಬಂದು ಮಗಳು | ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಟಿಪ್ಪು, ಟಿಪ್ಪು, ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಬೇಕಾ ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಬೇಕಾ, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್‌ನನ್ನ ಏಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು? ಹುರಿಗೌಡ ನಂಜೇಗೌಡ ಏನ್ ಮಾಡುದ್ರು? ಉರಿಗೌಡ, ನಂಜೇಗೌಡ ಏನ್ ಮಾಡುದ್ರು? ಅಂಗೇ ಇವರನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು. ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡಿ ಕೈಹಿಡಿರಿ ನಮ್ಮದನ್ನ ಕಾಪಾಡುವಂತಹದು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರಚೋದನಾ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಜನರನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ‘ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದು ಘಂಟಾಘೋಷವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತರ ಭಾರತದ ಒಬಿಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಆಳುವ ಯಶಸ್ವೀ ಪ್ರಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿ.ಟಿ.ರವಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹೀನಾಯ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಅಪಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೆ ಹಾಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಚಿವನೊಬ್ಬ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಕೊಲೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಯ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿ ಬೀಳಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ತತ್ ಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾಗಿ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣನನ್ನು ಮೋಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಜೈಲಿಗಟ್ಟಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಪೋಲಿಸರು ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಬಸವಣ್ಣ, ಕುವೆಂಪು, ಕನಕದಾಸರಂತಹ ಮಹಾಮಾನವರ ತವರೂರಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ಕೊಲೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗಳು ಕ್ರೂರವೆನಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅಸಹ್ಯವೆನಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು, ಆದರೆ ಇದಾವುದೂ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಇಂತಹ ಹೀನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕಂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಳೆದ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವ ಪಕವು ಸಹ ಇಂತಹ ಕೀಳು ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಬಂಧಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಒಂದಿಡೀ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ‘ಗುಂಡು ಹೊಡೆಯಿರಿ’ ಎನ್ನುವುದರಿಂದ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಜನಾಂಗವನ್ನು ನಿಬಂಧಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ‘ಹೀನಾಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ’ ವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಕಂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ನೋಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಉರಿಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ನಂಜೇಗೌಡ ಎಂಬ ಕಾಲನಿಕ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಘನ ಅಸ್ಮಿತೆಯನ್ನೇ ಅಳಿಸಿ ಹಾಕುವ

ಹುನ್ನಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ.ಆರ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್. ಕೈ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದು ದುರಂತದ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶೋಷಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಮಹಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ’ವು ಇಂತಹ ಜೀವವಿರೋಧಿ ನಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

1. ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಂಧಿಸಬೇಕು.

2. ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹೀನಾಯ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಅಪಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಾಸಕ ಸಿ.ಟಿ.ರವಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು

3. ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷವಹಿಸಿರುವ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಇಂತಹ ಕುತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ನಾಡಿನ ದಲಿತ, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಅಲ್ಪ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜನಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಬುದ್ಧ, ಬಸವ, ಕನಕ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್, ಕುವೆಂಪು ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವೇಷ ಬಿತ್ತುವುದನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶೋಷಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಮಹಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
