The BJP has been ruling the country for 10 years, why are they unable to stop the drug mafia?
After the rise of Shri Narendra Modi, bombings and firings in the country have decreased. But, human burials have increased due to the drug mafia. State governments have limitations on stopping drug mafias. Why is the central government unable to take more serious measures against drug mafias? Aren’t the drug mafias doing the real terrorism in the country now?

Why is racism and drug mafia increasing in the country?
Lack of spiritual foundation is the reason behind the rise of casteism and drug mafia in the society. Misunderstanding of true spirituality is the cause of all the social ills. Don we realise what actual spirituality is?

Why are they insulting Shri Maha Basavanna and promoting Hindutva? Karnataka is a state of patriots who uphold Sanatana Dharma. Is it right to talk abouta caste and bargain in the name of caste while sitting under the picture of Shri Maha Basavanna, who worked against casteism? Isn’t this humiliating Basavanna in public? Our people have misunderstood that Hindutva and Sanathana dharma are the same,this will create a lot of chaos in the society. Does Hindutva have any connection witha Sanatana Dharma?

Does the new generation want racism or spirituality?
Is it dharma to propagate the communal thoughts of Chathurvarnya which have divid ed man into two, four, eight, and sixteen in the name of caste?

Why are the real Kannadigas not getting more job opportunities in Bengaluru? Kannadigas are the ones who uphold and protect Kannada land’s great culture. How ever, those who come to Karnataka only to make money without respecting Kannada culture are getting more benefits than the Kannadigas, this is a great threat to our poor Kannadigas. Isn’t it right?

Are police officers human or robots?
Is it ethical to make policemen work like robots? Isn’t it cruel to give 12 hours of duty instead of 8 hours to police officers who serve the government and the people? Over stressing police officers can damage their mental health and family safety. What will happen to the country if there is no healthy police force? My prediction about the problems Narendra Modi is going to face was published on Janu ary 17, 2023, on Mangalorean.com, an online news portal. I have shared so many pre dictions, including Corona, with the society, yet why do our people not take anything seriously? Was the inability of the human subtle body the reason for it? According to Sanatana Dharma, there are many powers in this holyland to be worshipped. Buta there are certain powers that should not be worshipped tantrically. Sri Rama, whom Narendra Modi worshipped, is a cursed power that should not be worshipped. One of the reasons for the downfall of mighty Modi is that he worshipped Lord Rama instead a of worshipping the right powers.

We conducted a press conference at Kozhikode on June 22, 2024, regarding the Lord Rama’s worshipping matter. Soon after the press meet, the main Karmi who per formed the dedication ceremony of Lord Rama temple in Ayodhya passed away. The next day, the roof of the 1800-crore Sri Rama temple collapsed and flooded; eventually, in the homeland of Lord Rama, 130 devotees died. All Rama devotees who worship Lord Rama excessively should be very careful.

Aura stroke and chakra paralysis are the most terrible spiritual diseases our society isa facing right now. Our PM Narendra Modi is also suffering from severe aura stroke and chakra paralysis. Aura stroke and chakra paralysis are the reasons why the young generation falls in the grip of drug mafias and commits suicide due to despair of life without being able to recognise the wrongdoers. Due to this, people will have to face many defeats in life. The existence of our gross body depends on our subtle body. We must recognise the truth that our wrong routines, eating patterns, and worship practic es are destroying every person spiritually.

The world is governed by several energies. If we want to be successful human beings, the energies of our aura must change, and the deviations in these energies control our destiny. >ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಾಗಿರುವ ಅಹಿಂದ (ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರು, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದಲಿತರು) ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವುದು; ಆ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಬಡತನರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕಶಕ್ತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು; ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್ತಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯಶಕ್ತಿ ಗಳಿಸುವುದು; ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಸಮಪಾಲು/ಸಮಬಾಳು ತತ್ವದಡಿ, ಸಮ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವ, ಗುರಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಸಿಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉದ್ದಗಲಕ್ಕೂ ಅಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಚಳುವಳಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ, ಪಕ್ಷಾತೀತ, ಕೇಡರ್ ಬೇಸ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ;

>ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಾಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ಮೂಲತಃ ರಾಮಮನೋಹ‌ರ್ ಲೋಹಿಯಾ ಅವರ ಅನುಯಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತದ ಸಮಾಜವಾದದ ಬಳವಳಿ; ಡಾಃಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ, ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳ ಸಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮನಭೂಮಿಕೆ, ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ; ಪೆರಿಯಾರ್, ಕುವೆಂಪು ರಂತಹ ಮೌಡ್ಯ ಕಂದಾಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಗುಣವುಳ್ಳ ನಾಯಕ; ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತ ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬದುಕು, ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿಸಿರುವ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ;

>ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು 2013 ರಿಂದ 2018ರವರೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಬಾಗ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಡವರಿಗಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಶೇ.80ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಆಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಜನರು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಬದಕಲು ಸಹಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಡತನರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿದ್ದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಮೂರೊತ್ತು ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ತುಂಬ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿವೆ; ಇಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರ ಒಳಗಿನ ಗುಣ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಗಳು ಸಾಬಿತಾಗಿವೆ.

> ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಆಧ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ 2023ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಗೆ ಜರುಗಿದ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನಃ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಅಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಕೈಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಅವದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹಲವು ಗ್ಯಾರೆಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಫಲವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಉಣ್ಣುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

> ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತರು 12% ಮತ್ತು ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರು 10% SC/ST 24% ಮತ್ತು (ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿದ) ಇನ್ನೂಳಿದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರು 34% ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಿದ್ದರೂ SC/ST, OBC, Minoritiesಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿಗೇರಿದವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ ನಂತರ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪಾಲು ಮೊದಲಿನ 2 ಜಾತಿಗಳೆ ಪಡೆದಿವೆ. ಉಳಿದ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿಗೇರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

> ಈ ಕಾರಣದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವು ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಂಡು 75 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಕಳೆದರೂ ಸಮ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಸಮಾನತೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ; ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿತ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಜಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದಿರುವಿಕೆ, ಬಡತನ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಪರಾಧ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಫಲವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರೇ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುವುದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದದ್ದು;

> ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿಯ ಹರಿಕಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಂದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಪಡೆಯುವ, ಆ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಆಸ್ಥಿರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರ, ಷಡ್ಯಂತರಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಕಟುವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿಯ ಹರಿಕಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಕೋಡಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಾನ್ಯರು ಆತ್ಮವಿಮರ್ಶೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

>ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿತ ಅಹಿಂದ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಾದಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

> ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಜಾತಿ  ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಅದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಎನ್.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ – ರಾಜ್ಯ ಜಂಟಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ತಾಂಡಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯದೇವನಾಯ್ಕ ರವರನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿರವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

> ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಂಜಾರ ಭವನದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವರು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಬಂಜಾರ ಭವನ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ರೂ.8.00 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

The Alliance for Gender and Sexuality Minorities Social Justice is a coalition that includes Jeeva, Jana Seva Samiti, Karnataka Mangalamukhi Sangha, Ondede, Payana, Parivartan Trust, and Swatantra. This group, formed by sexual minorities and leaders from the Sexuality Minorities community in Karnataka, addressing is dedicated to advancing gender equality and advocating for social justice. They focus various social, economic, and political issues in India.

Remember this: The group was launched on July 2, 2024, to commemorate the historic Delhi High a Court decision on the same date in 2009. The 2009 decision overturned the 150-year-old Section 377, legalizing consensual homosexual activities between adults. This landmark judgment was followed by the Supreme Court’s 2018 ruling, which decriminalized consensual sex among adults, affirming that sexual minorities are entitled to the same rights as the heterosexual majority. The Constitution of India guarantees equal fundamental rights and dignity to all individuals..

The Alliance for Gender and Sexuality Minorities Social Justice will work in solidarity and collaboration with various rights groups, as well as the judiciary, legislative, and executive bodies of India and Karnataka state, to bring about social changes and development of advancements for the love, life, and dignity of sexual minorities in the state of Karnataka.

The group demands the following actions from the Government of India and the State of Karnataka to ensure the rights and dignity of sexual minorities:

1)The Government of India should announce the 15th of April as National Transgender Day. 2) The State of Karnataka should Form a gender and sexual minorities Transgender State Welfare Board corporation and allocate 200 cores annually for overall development. 3) The State of Karnataka should implement and execute the Karnataka Transgender Policy – 2017. 4) A census of the sexual minorities’ communities in Karnataka to be done. 5) Implementation of the five guarantees of the Karnataka Government. 6) Recognition of the transgender card as an official document for transgender identities across all departments. 7) Bring reservation in education for sexual minorities.

The Alliance is committed to working towards these demands to create an inclusive and just society for all sexual minorities in India and Karnataka. ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ನವಸಮಾಜ ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-07-2024 ರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ವಾಲೀಕ್ಕಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 187 ಕೋಟಿ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಸಮಾಜದವರಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗಬಹುದಾದ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪದೇ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಇನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈಡೇರಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘದ ಧರಣಿಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು

1. ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 187 ಕೋಟಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಶೀಘ್ರ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

2. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ 7% ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛಿತದ 9 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

3. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ನಕಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಬೇಕು.

4. ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹರಿಹರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಾನುವಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರವು ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವೀರ ಮದಕರಿ ನಾಯಕ ಮಹಾದ್ವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ನಾಮಫಲಕ ಮರು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖಂಡರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.

5. ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು

6. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲ್ಟಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಜದ ಹೊಳಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

7. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹೃದಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಭವನವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

8. ರಾಯಚೂರು ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಎಂದು ಮರು ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

9. ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಹಣಕಾಸನ್ನು ಒದಗಿದುವುದು.

10. ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಅಗ್ರಹ

11. ಎಸ್.ಇ.ಪಿ./ಟಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ. ಮೀಸಲ್ಸಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬೇರೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

12. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ರಹಿತ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

13. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀಸಲಿರುವ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹೊಳತಿಗಾಗಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

14. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದವರಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

15. ಗೋಮಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

16. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

17. ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮದಕರಿ ನಾಯಕ ತೀಮ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

18. ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಲಸೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

19. ಪಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು

20.ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ ಮತ್ತು ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ಹಣವು ಇನ್ನು ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

21. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅನುದಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆದ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

22.ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ವಜನ ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮದ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಹಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಿ, ನಿಜವಾದ ಪಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

23.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಂಧುಗಳು, ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಗಳು, ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ದ್ವನಿಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಕ್ಷತೀತವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
