ವಂಚನೆ,ಸುಳ್ಳು,ಸಮಯಸಾಧಕತನವನ್ನೇ ಮನೆ ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ದಂಧೆಕೋರ ವಿಜಯ್ ಟಾಟಾ, ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಯವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಐವತ್ತು ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಕೇಳಿದ್ರು ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಹಾಸ್ಯಾಸ್ಪದ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ ಎ ಶರವಣ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಿನ ಗಂಭೀರ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ಆರೋಪದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯಇಂಥ ಯಕಶ್ಚಿತ್ ವಿಜಯ್ ಟಾಟಾ ಅಂಥಹ ಡೂಪ್ಲಿಕೆಟ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಯ ನೆರವು ಪಡೆದು, ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಕುಮಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರ ತೇಜೋವಧೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವುದು ಅವರ ಅಧಃಪತನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ.
ಸಿಎಂ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೊನೆ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ವಿಜಯ್ ಟಾಟಾ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದೂರು ಕೊಡಿಸಿ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಹತಾಶ ಯತ್ನ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಎಂದು ಈ ವೇಳೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂಥ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಏಜೆಂಟರ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಮಾರಣ್ಣ ಜಗ್ಗಲ್ಲ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬದುಕಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ನಾಡಿನ ಜನರ ಹೃದಯ ಗೆದ್ದಿರುವ ನಾಯಕ ಕುಮಾರಣ್ಣ.
ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ರಮೇಶ್ ಗೌಡರು ಟಾಟಾ ಜೊತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಇನ್ನೂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹಣ ಕೇಳಿದ ಆರೋಪ ನಿರಾಧಾರ ಅಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ದೂರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಆರೋಪ ಸತ್ಯ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಈ ಆರೋಪ ಶುದ್ದ ಸುಳ್ಳು. ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಿತೂರಿ ಇದೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬದಲಿಗೆ ರಮೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ್ರ ಬಳಿ ಟಾಟಾ ಅವರೇ ಹಣ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ರಮೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ್ರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಟಾಟಾ ಬಳಿ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡುವಂಥ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಬಳಿ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡುವಂಥ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಟಾಟಾ ಅಂಥ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ , ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ದಂಧೆ ಕೋರರಿಗೆ ದಲ್ಲಾಳಿ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆದರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಇಂಥ ಕೀಳು ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಅಂತ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೂಡಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಎದುರಿಸ್ತಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸಿದ್ರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಈಗ  ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕೆಸರು ಏರುಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಅವರ ಘನತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕುದಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಿಷಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್  ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸದೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯಲು ಸರಕಾರದ ಕುಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ಈ ದೂರು ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಟಿ. ಎ. ಶರವಣ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೇರವೇತನ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ “ಖಾಯಂ ಭಾಗ್ಯ” ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಖಾಯಂ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು, ತಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.”

ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಮಹಾಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ಹೋರಾಟಗಳ ಫಲವೇ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ 24500 ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂದಿನ ಸರಕಾರ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು ಸಹ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರವಿಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವೇತನ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಖಾಯಂ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ದುರ್ದೈವದ ಸಂಗತಿ, ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ- ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಕಲಬುರಗಿ) 2018ರಲ್ಲೇ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ದತಿ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಸಹ ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ದತಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಜೀತದಾಳುಗಳಂತೆ ದುಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸದೆ ತಡ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ನಗರಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

1) ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಈ ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಪಟ್ಟಿ (ಮೊದಲನೇ ಹಂತ 3673 ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತ 11307 ಒಟ್ಟು 14980) ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕು.

2) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ-ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಕಲಬುರಗಿ) ಇನ್ನೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ದತಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ದತಿ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

3) ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಸಸಾಗಾಣಿಕೆ ಲಾರಿ ಚಾಲಕರು, ಆಟೋ ಚಾಲಕರು, ಹೆಲ್ಪರ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಲೀನರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ದತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನೇರವೇತನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

4) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕು.

5) ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 60 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ನೇರವೇತನ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಕೊಡಲು ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

6) ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಿರಿಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯೇ ನೇರವೇತನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಆದೇಶಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. “ಇದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಈ ಬಡ ಶ್ರಾಮಿಕ ವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.” ಎಂದು  ಮಹಾಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀನಾರಾಯಣ (ಮೈಸೂರು),ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಸುರೇಶ್ ಬಾಬು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

KITES Senior Care Holds “Colourful Whispers”: A Landmark Art Exhibition Underscoring the Urgent Need for Dementia Awareness and Celebrating the Unyielding Spirit and Creativity of Dementia Patients

Bengaluru, 21 September 2024-Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia are escalating public health crises globally, with over 55 million people currently living with these conditions. Alarmingly, more than 60% of those affected reside in low and middle-income countries, including India. In India alone, approximately 8.8 million adults over the age of 60 are living with dementia, reflecting a prevalence rate of 7.4% among this age group. Notably, dementia is more prevalent among females than males and is more common in rural areas compared to urban centres, with significant variation across states.

In response to the growing need for increased awareness and support, KITES Senior Care hosted Colourful Whispers, a unique and impactful art exhibition on World Alzheimer’s Day, 21 September 2024, at the Bangalore International Centre in Domlur. This poignant exhibition featured the creative works of seniors from their Dementia Care Centre, drawing attention to the important cause of dementia awareness and support.

The exhibition attracted an impressive turnout of over 500 attendees, each coming together to lend support to the vital cause of raising awareness about dementia. This large and engaged audience not only celebrated the artistic achievements of the seniors but also demonstrated a strong collective commitment to advancing the fight against this pervasive condition. The significant attendance underscored the community’s dedication to fostering understanding and empathy towards those affected by dementia, reinforcing the event’s impact and the urgent need for continued advocacy and support.

In his address, Sri M.N.Anucheth, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Traffic, Bengaluru stated, “It is both inspiring and humbling to witness the resilience and creative spirit of the seniors. Initiatives like ‘Colourful Whispers’ not only showcase the artistic abilities of individuals living with dementia but also serve as a reminder of the importance of empathy, awareness, and collective responsibility in supporting dementia care. We must continue to raise awareness and offer support to those affected by this growing health concern.”

Dr. Reema Nadig, Group COO of Lifebridge Senior Care Private Limited, said, “Empathizing with individuals affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s is crucial to building a supportive and understanding community.”

Announces Free Eye Check-ups for the Public Until 31st October 2024

Bengaluru, 18 September 2024: Dr. Agarwal’s Group of Eye Hospitals, one of India’s providers of comprehensive eye care services, today announced the opening of its first primary eye care center, Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Clinic, in Bengaluru at Kengeri. The W75-U Unitised curtain walling system with a slim architecture comes with an array of specialised features like 3 barrier system with 3 gasket for mullion junction and 5 gasket for Stack Joint for excellent air and water tightness, 106 mm high stack joint and movement for expansion upto 15 mm, adaptable with top / side hung windows, parallel windows and all types of doors, louvers, fins and sunshade, besides being successfully tested at 600 Pascal Air infiltration, 750 Pascal Static and Dynamic Water Tests as per stringent conditions laid down by ASTM standards. The façade system is also designed to withstand hurricane like wind forces at 4500 Pascal structural proof load.
