“38वीं राष्ट्रीय तायक्वों-डो (आईटीएफ) चैम्पियनशिप” का आयोजन “कोरमंगला इंडोर स्टेडियम, बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक” में 28 से 30 दिसंबर 2023, 10 साल के अंतराल के बाद नागरिक कर्नाटक आ रहे हैं। इस आयोजन में भारत के 23 राज्यों से 5 वर्ष से 60 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग के 900 से अधिक खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लिया।
उद्घाटन अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर सफलतापूर्वक किया गया।

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ‘ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಸವಿ’ ಕಾಂಡಿಮೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ನ ಪರಿಚಯ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ರುಚಿಕಟ್ಟು, ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಜಾ ತಿಂಡಿ ತಿನಿಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರು ವಾಸಿಯಾದ ವಾಸವಿ ಕಾಂಡಿಮೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಕಳೆದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ವಿನೂತನವಾದ ಸಾಹಸ- ಪ್ರಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೋಘ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಕಂಡಿದೆ.
ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸಜ್ಜನ್ ರಾವ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಸವಿ ಕಾಂಡಿಮೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ನ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ತಯಾರಾದ ಇಡ್ಲಿ, ದೋಸೆ, ಪಾಯಸ, ಚಕ್ಕುಲಿ, ನಿಪ್ಪಟ್ಟು, ಸಿಹಿ, ಖಾರಾ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸುಮಾರು ನೂರು ಬಗೆಯ ತಿಂಡಿ, ತಿನಿಸುಗಳು, ರುಚಿಕಟ್ಟಾದ ಖಾದ್ಯಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಹಗಳಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಈ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾತರಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಸವನಗುಡಿ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ 2024ರ ಜನವರಿ 5ರಿಂದ 9ರತನಕ ಈ ಅದ್ಧೂರಿ ಮೇಳ ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10ರ ತನಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಖಾದ್ಯಗಳಾದ ದೋಸೆ, ವಡೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳು ದೊರೆಯಲಿವೆ.
ಮಾಗಡಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಬೆಳೆದ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ‘ವಾಸವಿ ಕಾಂಡಿಮೆಂಟ್ಸ್’ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಖರೀದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿಲ್ಲದೇ, ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಮನೆಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೇ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿ ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗುವ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮೊತ್ತ ಕೈಸೇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ರೈತಬಾಂಧವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರೇಕಾಯಿ ಖರೀದಿಯೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ನೆರವೇರಲಿದೆ.
ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಕೂಡಾ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರು ಜೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ಡಂಗ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕವೂ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಳಿಗೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಗ್ಲೌಸ್, ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅಂಗಡಿಗೆ ಬರುವವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸೇಷನ್ ಬೂತ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕೂಡಾ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗೀತಾ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಹಾನಾಯಕ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಶಿಲ್ಪಿ ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದ ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಲೇಖಕ ಡಾ. ಡಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ ನಾಯಕ್ ವಿರಚಿತ “ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಭರವಸೆಯ ಚಿಹ್ನೆ : ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ” (DR.B.R. AMBEDKAR SYMBOL OF HOPE HIS VISION OF DEVELOPMENT FOR SC, ST & OBC’S IN INDIA). ಇತ್ತಿಚೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯೇ ತಿಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶೇ.85 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಎಸ್.ಸಿ. ಎಸ್.ಟಿ, ಒಬಿಸಿ ಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಕೂಡಿರುವಂತಹದ್ದು, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇವರ ಏಳಿಗೆಯೇ ದೇಶದ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದರ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕ 12 ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದ ಮೂಡಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ಮುಡುಪಾಗಿಟ್ಟ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಶತಶತಮಾನದಿಂದಲೂ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಶ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆ, ಜಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಮಾನವೀಯವಾದ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳನ್ನು ಆದಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿರುವಿಕೆಯ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಇದೆ. ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೀವನದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ/ ಜಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಂತಹ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಸಿಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಚಲಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಲೇಖಕರು ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದಿಂದ ಆಸಮಾನತೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಲಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಆಶಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. “ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಎಂಬುದು ಹುಲಿಯ ಹಾಲಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದವರು ಘರ್ಜಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಸಮಾನತೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಮೂಲ ಮದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶತಮಾನಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತಳ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದಂತಹ ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇವುಗಳಹಿಂದಿನ ತಾರ್ಕಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆದಂತಹ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಬಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಸ್ಕೂಲ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ದೇಶ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಕಂಡಾಗ ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬರ ಕನಸು ನನಸಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಲೇಖಕರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಟ್ಟುಪಾಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುವ, ಭಯ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕಳಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬರು ನಂಬಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಇದೆ. ಆದೇಶಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಯಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಲೇಖಕರು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಾಣುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಂಕ (Social Stigma) ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟೀರಿಯೋ ಟೈಪ್ ಅಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಹುಜನ ನಾಯಕ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಮಾನವೀಯವಾದ ವರ್ತನೆಗಳು, ಬಹುಜನರ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಭಾಷೆ, ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಆಚಾರ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು, ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೀಳಾಗಿ ಕಂಡು, ಆ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಸಮಾನತೆಗೆ ಅವರ ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ಬಗೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಜೀವನದ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಭಲೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರ ಆಲೋಚನೆ, ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನಗಳು ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದವಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕರಣ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಏಕೀಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮೊದಲೇ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತೇವೆ,
