ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 28, 2022: ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ನಿಗಮವು (“LIC” ಅಥವಾ “ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಷನ್”) ತನ್ನ ಮೊದಲ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರಿಗೆ ₹ 902 ರಿಂದ ₹ 949 ರವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಚಂದಾದಾರರುಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್ನ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆ (“IPO”) ಬುಧವಾರ, 4 ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಆರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೋಮವಾರ, 9 ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 15 ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು 15 ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರುಗಳ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮೊತ್ತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

LIC, ಭಾರತದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ಷೇರ್ ಅಥವಾ GWP ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 61.6%, ನ್ಯೂ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ (ಅಥವಾ NBP)ನಲ್ಲಿ 61.4%, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 71.8% ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಗುಂಪು ವಿಮೆಯ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 88.8% (ಮೂಲ: CRISIL ವರದಿ) ರಷ್ಟು ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು.
ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 1, 1956 ರಂದು ₹50.00 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಬಂಡವಾಳದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ 245 ಖಾಸಗಿ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ LIC ಅನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. GWP ಯಂತೆ LIC ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಐದನೇ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾದಾರ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ (2021 ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಅನ್ನು 2020 ರ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಪಿಯರ್ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ) (ಮೂಲ: CRISIL ವರದಿ). ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ರಂತೆ, ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 91% ರಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿನ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ಘಟಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 1.33 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ ನೆಟ್ವರ್ಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಫೋಲಿಯೋ 32 ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು (16 ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 16 ಭಾಗವಹಿಸದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು) ಮತ್ತು ಏಳು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ ರೈಡರ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ LIC ಯ ಸಮೂಹ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಫೋಲಿಯೋ 11 ಗುಂಪಿನ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. 2021 ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31, 2021 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 42% ಮತ್ತು 42% ರಷ್ಟು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಗಳನ್ನು 27 ರಿಂದ 40 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ LIC ಯ ಓಮ್ನಿ-ಚಾನೆಲ್ ವಿತರಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ (i) ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ಗಳು, (ii) ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಶ್ಯೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು, (iii) ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಚಾನಲ್ಗಳು (ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ಗಳು, ದಲ್ಲಾಳಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮಾ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು), (iv) ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮಾರಾಟ (ನಮ್ಮ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ) ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್ನ ವೆಬ್ಸೈಟ್), (v) ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಇನ್ಶೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು (vi) ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಪರ್ಸನ್ಗಳು – ಜೀವ ವಿಮೆಗಳಿವೆ.
LIC ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರಾಟದ ಷೇರುದಾರರು, ಆಫರ್ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲೀಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಿ, SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಆಂಕರ್ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬಹುದು, ಅವರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯು ಬಿಡ್/ಆಫರ್ ತೆರೆಯುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮೊದಲು ಒಂದು ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂದರೆ. ಸೋಮವಾರ, 2 ನೇ ಮೇ, 2022 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 31 ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಲಾದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಂತೆ, ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟೀಸ್ ಕಾಂಟ್ರಾಕ್ಟ್ಸ್ (ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957 ರ ನಿಯಮ 19(2) (b) ಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಆಫರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 6(1) ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 50% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಅರ್ಹ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ, 15% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕವಲ್ಲದ ಬಿಡ್ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದು 35% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬಿಡ್ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಹ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್-ಆಫರ್ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ 0.025% ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹ ಪಾಲಿಸಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್-ಆಫರ್ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ 0.35% ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಫರ್ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲಾದ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಕ್ಷರದ ಪದಗಳು 26ನೇ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್, 2022 (“RHP”) ದಿನಾಂಕದ ರೆಡ್ ಹೆರಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ SEBI ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟಾಕ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಚೇಂಜ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅದೇ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

60 super stylish contestants presented by Fashion Guru Prasad Bidapa battle it out to become the next glamourous models
Bengaluru, 24th April 2022: The Phoenix Mega Model Hunt is the most sought-after model training program in the country that helps to scout the best talent in the city. Phoenix Mega Model Hunt is all about creating a platform for Indian youth where the contestants’ dreams and aspirations can take flight.
The registration links for the contest were posted online in April, following which the response was extraordinary. Post initial screening, shortlisted participants were invited to Phoenix Marketcity for an audition, where they had to walk the ramp in front of a panel of judges from around the fashion industry. More than 1000 participants attended their stylish best for auditions and attended grooming sessions. 8 categories in total were Runway, Print, Television, Film, Body, Kannada Movie, International Face, and Skin. In the grand finale, 60 super stylish shortlisted contestants battled it out to become the next glamour icons.
Dino Morea, the Bollywood superstar, and supermodel was one of the judges for the evening along with other honorable judges Haider Khan – India’s leading Photographer, and Ritu Mehta – VP-Marketing (South) Phoenix Marketcity, Bengaluru.
Fashion Guru Prasad Bidapa presented a sensational fashion show featuring some of the topmost models from the city. Dubai-based choreographer, musician, and artist Kevin Oliver was the lead trainer and choreographer of the Phoenix Mega Model Hunt. The other trainers who groomed these mega models were India’s top photographer Asha Thadani, Personality Guru Shashi Kiran Kalyanpur, and Top Models Arry Dabas & Rakshitha Sunaina, and fitness coaches Bassam Mallik & Abhishekh Tiwari, Dr. Karishma of Aesthetics, and grooming expert David Whitbread. The evening started off with a glitzy opening dance sequence by contestants and continued with fun-filled music, fashion, and dance!
Models graced the runway to showcase the latest trends in fashion, which included collections from Phoenix’s cutting-edge brands, such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein Jeans, Vero Moda, Forever 21, Jack and Jones, Marks and Spencer, Forever New, American Eagle, Ritu Kumar, Lifestyle, Selected, Aldo and Charles & Keith.
