BENGALURU, India – April 25, 2019 – Samsung along with group company HARMAN today launched the World’s Largest Onyx Cinema LED Screen in India’s tech capital Bengaluru at the iconic Swagath Cinemas, which will now be rechristened Swagath Onyx Theatre. Academy Award winner, musician and philanthropist, AR Rahman inaugurated the new theatre today.

With a 14 metre screen, the largest Onyx Cinema LED screen format in the world, Swagath Onyx Theatre on Bengaluru’s MG Road will offer powerful, captivating and larger-than-life visuals, transforming the cinema viewing experience for cine lovers. Globally, there are only two other 14 metre Onyx Cinema LED screens installed by Samsung to date, in Malaysia and China.

At 618 seats, Swagath Onyx Theatre is also the world’s largest theatre that is equipped with an Onyx Cinema LED screen. Acoustics in the theatre have been dramatically upgraded with JBL Professional cinema loudspeakers from HARMAN.

The Onyx screen is 3D applicable with active 3D technology for all 618 seats in the theatre.

With the introduction of this new technology, Samsung will transform cinema viewing experience with HDR support offering unparalleled picture quality. With Onyx Cinema LED, movie lovers will get unparalleled picture quality, true colours and greater vibrancy and accuracy, exactly how the director intended it to be seen.

The large 14 metre screen offers powerful, captivating and larger-than-life visuals with greater attention to detail. The screen is capable of delivering true colors with HDR support with greater vibrancy and accuracy along with sharp contrast, higher levels of brightness and great viewing angles that are unaffected by ambient light; eliminating optical distortion and interference. The disruptive technology is a breakthrough in the cinema industry, which has been relying on projector-based system for decades.

The latest Onyx Cinema LED screen comes equipped with an array of solutions including Onyx VIEW, Onyx 3D and Onyx SOUND, providing a uniquely immersive experience.

The sound system at Swagath Onyx Theatre is comprised of Onyx Sound, an innovative audio solution that incorporates industry leading products from the HARMAN family of brands including Crown amplifiers, BSS signal processing, and JBL Professional’s loudspeakers and exclusive Sculpted Surround technology. The Onyx Sound reproduces today’s dynamic soundtracks with stunning clarity and detail.

The system includes six JBL AM 7315 screen array loudspeakers, four JBL 9300 cinema surround loudspeakers, eighteen JBL 9350 + four JBL SCS 12 high impact cinema surround loudspeakers, six JBL AC28/26 used as underfills for the balcony area and nine JBL 5628 dual 18″ cinema subwoofers. Processing is provided by a BSS networked audio system, and the entire system is powered by 31 Crown DSi amplifiers.

Apart from the new Onyx Cinema LED Screen, Swagath Onyx Theatre in Bengaluru has also upgraded its overall look and feel inside the theatre with refurbished interiors and comfortable seats, even as it retains its heritage look on the outside.

StashFin and Fullerton India partner for onward lending of $15MN

April 25, 2019 – Online lending company – StashFin and Fullerton India, a leading non-banking finance company with a pan India presence announced their partnership that will benefit both the entities for onward lending USD 15 million. This will enable them to expand reach and create better efficiencies.

2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದ್ರಪ್ರಸ್ಥ ಶೆಲ್ಟರ್ ಪೈ ಅ , ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟೀಜ್ ಕಾನ್ ರಿಚ್ , ನಂ 62 / 1 , 4 ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ , ರಿಚ್ಮಂಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆ , ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಈ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಮಾಅಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಶೆನೆವಾ ಎಂಬುವರಿಗೆ ಉಮ್ರ ಡೆವಲಪರ್‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಡಿ . ಬಾಬು ರವರು ಇಂದ್ರಪ್ರಸ್ಥ ಶೆಲ್ಟರ್ ಪೈ ಅ , ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಖರೀಧಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , ಬಿದರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಕಿತ್ತಗನೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ 80 ರ 6 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು , ಈ ಪೈಕಿ 25 % ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದ 75 % ಹಣವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಲು ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಇಂದ್ರಪ್ರಸ್ಥ ಶೆಲ್ಟರ್ ಪೈ ಅ , ಕಂಪನಿಯವರಿಗೆ ನಂಬಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈತನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನಂಬಿದ ಇಂದ್ರಪ್ರಸ್ಥ ಶೆಲ್ಟರ್ ಪೈ ಅ , ಕಂಪನಿಯವರು ಸದರಿ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿ ನೀಡಲು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಚೆಕ್‌ಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಟ್ಟು 7 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಉಮ್ರ ಡೆವಲಪ‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಬಾಬು ರವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿ ಎಂ . ಓ . ಯು . ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ನಂತರ ಉಮ್ರ ಡೆವಲಪ‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಎಂ . ಓ . ಯು . ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಚಿ ಈ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಎಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಟಿಗೇಜ್ ಮಾಡಿ 3 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸಾಲವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸತ್ತಿನ ಅಸಲು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಎಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದಿ : 04 – 01 – 2018 ರಂದು ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ಗೇಜ್ ಡೀಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಹೀಗೆ , ಉಮ್ರ ಡೆವಲಪರ್‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ರವರು ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಹಣ ಸಂಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪಿರಾಧಿಯಿಂದ 7 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜೆ . ಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡದೇ ಆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಬ್‌ಗೇಜ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಅಶೋಕನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ದೂರನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಶೋಕನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಗಂಭೀರತೆ ತಿಳದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ತನಿಖೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಘಟಕದ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ದಳಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಅದರಂತೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಘಟಕದ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ದಳದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ತನಿಖಾ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರೆ

ದಿನಾಂಕ : 22 – 04 – 19 ರಂದು ಆರೋಪಿ ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಬಾಬು ಈತನ ಮನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈತನ ಒಡೆತನದ ಉಮಾ ಡೆವಲಪರ್ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಧನೆ ನಡೆಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಆರೋಪಿಯು ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೂ ವಂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಶ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಪೂರಕವೆಂಬಂತೆ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ರೂ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಮೀನುಗಳ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು ದೊರಕಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ದಸ್ತಗಿರಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಘನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಈತನನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವಲ್ಲದೇ , ಯೂಸೂಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ @ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಬಾಬು ಈತನ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವುದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಅಪರಾಧ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ , ಐಪಿಎಸ್ & ಉಪ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಿರೀಶ್ . ಎಸ್ , ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ರವರ ನೇರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ , ಸಿಸಿಬಿ , ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ದಳದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ರವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ , ಶ್ರೀ ಶರಣ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಐ . ಹದ್ದಿ . ಶ್ರೀ ಎ . ಪಿ . ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂಧಿಯವರು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ .
