ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 1 – ಕೃಷಿ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಗಣ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರುವ TAFE (ಟ್ರಾಕ್ಟರ್ಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಎಕ್ವಿಪ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕೃಷಿ ಉಪಕರಣ ತಯಾರಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ AGCO(Carporation) ಜೊತೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು, ಷೇರು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಬಗೆಯ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
TAFE ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸನ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಂತೆ, “ಮ್ಯಾಸ್ಸಿ ಫರ್ಗುಸನ್” ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಗಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು, ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದ್ಭಾವನೆಗಳು ಭಾರತ, ನೇಪಾಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂತಾನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ಇದೀಗ TAFE ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಏಕೈಕ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
ಈ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, AGCO ನಲ್ಲಿನ 20.7% ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು TAFE ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಸುಮಾರು $260 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ (ಅಂದಾಜು ₹2,170 ಕೋಟಿ) ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಚೆನ್ನೈ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಅಮಾಲ್ಗಮೇಷನ್ಸ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ನ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಅಂಗಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಅದೆಯೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, AGCO ನಲ್ಲಿನ ತನ್ನ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು 16.3% ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ TAFE, ಕೆಲವು ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ, AGCO ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಷೇರುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ AGCO ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲಿಕ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯ ನಿಲುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲಿದೆ.
TAFE ಮತ್ತು AGCO ನಡುವೆ ಇದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಆರ್ಡರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಬಿಡಿಭಾಗ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು TAFE ಬದ್ಧವಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸನ್ ಅವರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ನಗರದ ಕೋರಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎನ್.ಜಿ.ವಿ. ಕಾಂಪ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಕಂಪನಿ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ (BESCOM) ವತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಜಾಥಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಸಹಾಯಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಾದ ಮಂಜೇಗೌಡರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
‘ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ಇರಲಿ, ಸುರಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಬಾಳೋಣ’ ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ (BESCOM) ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಅಪಾಯಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರಲು ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವದ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಈ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ (BESCOM) ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ – ತಪ್ಪಾಗಬಾರದು:
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ಫಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು.
ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಒಣಗಿಸಲು ತಂತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೊಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಬಾರದು.
ಒದ್ದೆಯಾದ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಬಾರದು.
ತಂತಿಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಮರದ ರಂಬೆ-ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಯುವುದು ಅಪಾಯಕರ.
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತುವುದು ಜೀವಹಾನಿಕಾರಕ.
ತಂತಿಬೇಲಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಹರಿಸುವಂತ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
ತುಂಡಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ತಂತಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ಫಾರ್ಮರ್ಗಳ ಬೇಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಬಾರದು.
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ತಂತಿಗಳ ಸಮೀಪ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಅಪಾಯಕರ.
ತಂತಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಮರಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಬೇಡ.
ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು:
ಸದಾ ಐಎಸ್ಐ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಿಷಿಯನ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.
ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಗೌಂಡಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ವೈಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.
ಪ್ಲಗ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಗಳು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕೈಗೆ ತಾಕದಂತಿರಬೇಕು.
ಸದಾ 3 ಪಿನ್ ಪ್ಲಗ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಕೆಟ್ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.

Touching upon artificial intelligence, Dr. Vaidya cautioned against fear-driven resistance. “AI can assist in formulating strategies, but execution remains a human domain. Embrace new technologies and keep learning—India offers countless opportunities for those who stay ahead,” he said.

Bengaluru, June 30, 2025: The Indian Medical Association (IMA), the world’s largest voluntary body of modern medicine practitioners, will celebrate Doctors’ Day on July 1 by honoring 14 distinguished doctors from across Karnataka for their exemplary contributions to the medical field and society.
Founded in 1928, the IMA has a nationwide membership of over 4 lakh doctors across 32 state branches, 686 districts, and 1,765 local branches. The Karnataka State Branch alone comprises 180 branches with over 31,000 members.
The association aims to promote medical knowledge, foster professional development, and engage with the community through various initiatives. These include continuous medical education, public health outreach programs such as “IMA Towards Schools,” “IMA Towards Soldiers,” and “IMA Towards Villages,” and the publication of educational handbooks in Kannada to spread awareness about common health issues.
Doctors’ Day is observed annually on July 1 in honor of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, a renowned physician, freedom fighter, and the former Chief Minister of West Bengal. A recipient of the Bharat Ratna, Dr. Roy was a personal physician to Mahatma Gandhi and played a pivotal role in shaping post-independence healthcare in India.
As part of this year’s celebrations, IMA Karnataka will recognize 14 doctors who have made significant contributions in their respective regions. Honorees include:
Doctors who brought modern medical care to remote villages like Ronad nearly six decades ago.
Practitioners who managed over 12,000 childbirths, including complex deliveries, in underserved areas such as Lingasugur — often without access to advanced facilities.
Veterans who have served the IMA for over 40 years.
Authors who have published more than 60 books spanning fiction, poetry, travel writing, and public health.
Physicians actively involved in social service and public education on health issues.
