ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾದ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ – ಟಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ (SCSP-TSP) ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2013 ರ ಕಲಂ 7ಸಿ ಅನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸುವ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗೆ ತಡೆಯ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಮನವಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಸಮಿತಿ (ಕ.ದ.ಸಂ.ಸ.) ದಿನಾಂಕ ಆ.21, 2025ರ ಗುರುವಾರ, ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಧರಣಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಮುಖಂಡರ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಕಲಂ 7ಡಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, 7ಸಿ ಕಲಂ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ/ಟಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ.ಯ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ವಿವಿಧ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ತಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಳೆದ 11 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದ ₹4 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿದ್ದರೆ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೂ ಸುಮಾರು ₹20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲಭಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕ.ದ.ಸಂ.ಸ. ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ 38 ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಗೂ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಗಂಭೀರ ತಪ್ಪು ಎಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿದೆ. ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿರುವುದು ಕೂಡ ಅಕ್ಷಮ್ಯ ಅಪರಾಧವೆಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ತಡೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು SCSP-TSP ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಕಲಂ 24ರಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಕಳಿಸಲು ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣೂರು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ (ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರು), ಬೇಗೂರು ಮುನಿರಾಜು (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರು), ಹೆಗನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮೂರ್ತಿ (ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು), ಸೂರಹುಣಸೆ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣಿ (ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರು) ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಅವರು ಮುಂದಿನಂತೆಯೇ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರು:

1. SCSP-TSP ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ 7ಸಿ ಕಲಂ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.


2. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ತಡೆಹಾಕಬೇಕು.


3. 38 ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ನಿಖರ ಅಂಕಿಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಬೇಕು.


4. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಬೇಕು.


5. ಸೂಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ Empirical Data ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.



ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತದ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರರು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಈ ಧರಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕ.ದ.ಸಂ.ಸ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಭೂ ಮಾಫಿಯಾ ಹಾಗೂ ವಂಚಕರಿಂದ ನಿವೇಶನ ಮಾಲಿಕರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲೀಕರಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಚಣೆಗೀಡಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸರಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅನಾಕಾಲಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಲಂಚದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಜನ ಕಷ್ಟಪಡುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ (E-Khata) ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಸರಾಗವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗಿನ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅತೀ ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆಡಳಿತ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ನೀಡದೆ ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ನಿವೇಶನದ ಮಾಲಿಕರು ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳು ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂ. ಲಂಚ ಬೇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸರಕಾರವೇ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ, ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ನೀಡದ  “ಸರಕಾರದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂ. ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು, ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ವೈಚಾರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಆ ನೋಂದಣಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುವುದೇಕೆ?” ಎಂದು ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.

ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಹಂತವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಸರಳಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಕೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರನ್ನು ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡಿಸುವ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನೇ ತಡೆಯಬೇಕು.

Bosch Limited Reports Strong Q1 FY 2025-26 Results; PAT at 23.3% of Revenue, Driven by Automotive Growth and Strategic Divestment

Bengaluru, August 4, 2025 – Bosch Limited, a leading provider of technology and services, reported robust financial performance for the first quarter of FY 2025-26. The company recorded a total revenue from operations of ₹4,789 crores (€494 million), reflecting a 10.9% year-on-year increase, driven by strong demand in the off-highway and passenger vehicle segments.

Profit Before Tax (PBT), excluding exceptional items, stood at ₹838 crores (€86 million), amounting to 17.5% of total revenue, marking a 37.2% growth compared to the same period last year. Including exceptional items, PBT surged to ₹1,394 crores (€144 million), representing 29.1% of revenue.

During the quarter, Bosch completed the sale of its “Video Solutions, Access and Intrusions, and Communication Systems” business, which contributed an exceptional gain of ₹556 crores (€57 million).

The Profit After Tax (PAT), including exceptional items, was reported at ₹1,115 crores (€115 million), accounting for 23.3% of total revenue from operations.

Segment-wise Performance

The Automotive Products Segment saw a 14.3% increase in overall product sales, led by a 13.7% rise in Power Solutions, primarily due to continued demand in the off-highway segment and moderate growth in passenger cars.

The Mobility Aftermarket Division grew by 5.2%, fueled by rising market demand for gasoline systems, comfort electronics, and wiper solutions.

The Beyond Mobility Business experienced a 9.3% decline in net sales, following the strategic divestment of part of its Building Technologies portfolio.

The order came in response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Sri Sunil J. and others in W.P. No. 23602/2025 (GM-RES-PIL).

The matter was taken up for hearing earlier today, during which the Court took note of the potential disruption to essential public services. Following deliberations, the Hon’ble High Court directed a stay on the strike action planned by the JAC, which has been named as Respondent No. 7 in the case.

In compliance with the Court’s oral direction, legal counsel for the petitioners, Advocate Ms. Deeksha N. Amruthesh, has formally intimated the Joint Action Committee through a written communication. The letter includes a copy of the writ petition, supporting annexures, and the stay order issued by the Court.

The intimation has been made in the broader interest of the public, highlighting the importance of maintaining uninterrupted public transport services in the state. The matter is expected to come up for further hearing in due course.
